You can wear up to 6-8 hours a day then put them pack in the case with FRESH solution. Never wear at bed. It will block out all the oxygen in your eyes and can cause infections and serious damage including getting blind. hope this helped❤

Depends on the lense's company and it is usually mentioned on the box..some can be used for a whole month but we have to wash them daily with contact lense solution and then only wear it..and some are use and throw..we can only use them once ..hope this helps you!!😄
@@dishabatra yeah, I found the solution is to also use a q-tip and fold it to take the contact lenses off, kind of like the way you'd do with your thumb and index finger.

Ear bud se lens kabhi nhi lagane chahiye ye hack nhi ye fact hai please kyuki Cotton fibre aakho m jake infection kar sakta h
Dip the bud in lens solution it will get wet and the fiber will not stick to the lens
