He was very unlucky. He got both a sh*tty dad and a sh*tty mom.
because his dad also caused him a lot of pain, so it's easier for him to understand his mom went through hard times with him
Once in a while, he blames both parents for his messed up childhood, Chandler was caught in their parents competition, and it was his mom who told him about their divorce in Thanksgiving. He never blamed his mom for insitgating it though.@@stormyeux

@@johnstjohn1987 Well maybe I am different by the time I hit my late 20’s anything my parents said about my late teenage or younger years that would be embarrassing to me if I was younger I would just laugh along with them. The more mature I got it is easy to laugh at your younger self.

If I remember correctly, the part Paulo said "Nora Bing" was not part of the script so Jennifer's laugh was genuine there.

@@MaverickIceman The writers get paid to write and are credited for their writing. When something is improvised, the actor doesn't get paid more or given writing credit. It's worth mentioning because it's always a behind-the-scenes fact or revealed years later and it shows how brilliant the actor is. If the improvised line is better than anything the writers could've written, shouldn't the actor's contribution be acknowledged too?

The same for me. I never uttered a work about sex with any familiy members, and I'm glad, I think it would've traumatised me if my parents started talking about it to me. I think it's better to figure things out on your own.

In these early episodes the writing wasn’t really top notch but the acting made the difference. Chandler’s last line is honestly not funny but the way Matthew delivered it made it work.

I'm not 100% sure, but it's less about the ethnicity of the food and more about now Chandler knows whenever his mom craved Kung Pao Chicken in the past and possibly future she had just had sex, and now he knows something he wished he didnt, as well as wished no one else also knew

Isn't buying your son his first condoms a normal thing. Maybe it's embarrassing to be brought up on tv but at least in recent years it's common.
Lol. I don't know maybe its more common now with modern moms, but most guys used to get condoms on their own at least up into the 2000s when I was in high school.
It was one of those things like buying cigarettes or beer while underage. I think many also swiped them--probably why these are usually behind lock and key at many retail stores like Target and Walmart.
Of course some school nurses and dance clubs also freely give them away. University health centers did too.
