Chandler having the last line was his character’s destiny fulfilled. All 6 leads were amazing but Matthew Perry had that extra but of comedic sensibility that is unmatched in any other sitcom. I can’t believe it’s been 20 years since the finale.
Matthew really had the best lines and moments, Chandler is my favourite character in the show for sure.
Chandler is one character where every guy can relate themselves to. He helped Joey in his career financially and emotionally. He had perfect one liners for any situation.
I personally relate him to social awkwardness. He doesn't get all the ladies but sure gets the right one. He was married first of all the lot. He is funny AF, but very emotional deep down inside (you can see this when he convinces Erica to give the baby). He hated a job and does that so well to become the Vice President of the firm. It takes guts to quit such a job at such a level just because he missed his loved one and of course he hated that job, but still... He succumbs all his ego and starts a new career at his age. I can't imagine anyone would handle the situation where he finds out they can't have any children better than him. In case you didn't notice he had Monica picture on his desk. I wouldn't say he had a terrible childhood, but he had a fair share of troubles in his childhood(his parents divorce, mother marrying someone) probably phoebe is the only other who faced more difficulties. He made peace with his dad and man that took some real courage. Even though he is considered the weak one but he carries Monica 10 blocks on his back such is his love for Monica. He used his savings for their wedding just because he wanted Monica's happiness, and finally he is "CUTE". How can he not be the best character in F.R.I.E.N.D.S. 😁🙌💛

Crazy when you realise that Matthew (Chandler) & the whole cast were a big part of your lives growing up! 10years in fact from 1994 - 2004. From aged 6 to 16 I knew these guys. There was something so wholesome and comforting about Friends that could never be replicated today. ❤ I'm sad and I miss it, but I'm thankful we grew up with these guys in our homes. Lovely actors, lovely show, forever cherished. ❤

Remember when Chandler wanted to clean everything but did not know how to put everything back in place and Monica told him that she does not want him to be afraid of her and care about that. It is so well extended here when the CD cases incident happens and instead of getting all angry at him, she just adds in her todo list... love that 😍😍
