Very helpful! I need to switch my gears from Confluence to Sharepoint for project tracking, and I was looking for some tools like this to incorporate. Many thanks!

Hi.. Is there a preview capability for SharePoint before a list is saved and sent via outlook or Microsoft power apps?

In your opinion whats the advantage/disadvantage of having a list of projects as shown in the video versus having a site dedicated to individual projects?

You made a folder called Marketing Projects. I would want to make multiple folders called in progress, waiting for sample, in production, and complete. I know you created a status are. However, we create hundreds of products. Therefore, listing them all on one page is too much. Is it possible to make different folders and once it moves to the next stage, drag it into the next folder? I'm currently using Microsoft planner and I can't do that.

      Yes. You can do that.
What he created wasn't a "folder" called Marketing Projects. It was a list.
In the list, he created multiple columns. You would create a status column like he did, but add your choices (the ones you listed in your comment).
Then, you would create views. Then you can filter your views to show only items that are "waiting for sample" or "in progress" etc.
      Does that help?

What is the benefit of creating a list in SharePoint vs Microsft Lists via Teams?

It’s easier to manage all the lists created from Microsoft list. However the list created from both the space are the same.

Is it possible to set a rule like: if status changes to "complete" change "completed date" column to "today's date"

Yeah, it would just be an automated power automate flow. if modified and status changes to completed, update the column to utcnow()

Can't I add sub tasks or children?

We can add another column with link to child tasks
