Since I was younger I've struggled with my weight, I've been 55kg since I was 18 and I'm 33 now, I just haven't been able to put weight on and it's been really tough at times. But Erik you and Kristie really inspire me to eat more. Watching how much you eat makes me think I can eat more and I do. I've put on 10kg in the last year since watching your videos and I couldnt be happier with the progress of having just a little more weight on aswell as exercising and keeping healthy. Speaking of cranberry sauce and chicken, try this recipe sometime. It's a family recipe handed down from my grandmother to my mom and then, from my mom to me. At the grocery store, buy: 1 lb of boneless chicken breasts or boneless chicken tenderloins, 1 sm bottle (8 oz) of Catalina dressing, 1 can of whole cranberry sauce, and 1 pkg of Lipton's onion soup mix. In a bowl, mix together the whole bottle of Catalina dressing, the can of cranberry sauce and the packet of soup mix. Pour the mixture over the boneless chicken breasts/tenderloins and bake in the over for 45 mins to an hour at 350 degrees. Pairs well with mashed potatoes. Enjoy! If you try this, let me know how your meal turned out.
I actually work at dominos, the "crispies" are cheese that either melted onto the parchment or fell on there during the making process and weren't brushed off. For some reason, with the tots, you get way more of it than with any other item, and it's just browned cheese.

I’m a manager at a dominos haha the crispies are from the cheddar and mozzarella cheese blend, when tots, specialty chicken or cheesy bread are loaded in the oven any mixed cheddar that is falling over the actual product onto the parchment paper will burn and create a “crispy”, this can be reduced by watching cheese portioning and not having any cheese fall onto the parchment paper. Some people love it and some don’t 😅
I “signed my soul” away to Liquid Death YYYYEEEEEAAAARRRRSSS ago, lol, for their subscription service. Now, I can’t eat or drink by mouth due to a cancer diagnosis last year, but I still love it. I also LOVED Dominoes & truly wish I could eat it.

As an assistant manager at dominos, I can tell you the "crispies" are just a byproduct of throwing things together during the rush. Most days we don't even have enough people to deal with the amount of orders we have and are just trying to keep up, and during those times placement can just go out the window. Was once over 100 pizzas down alone on an evening rush and man, cheese was everywhere 💀
