This is an excellent build. I tried blight with the bone prison blight pool....however I found that if I just remove blight altogether, and move those points into thorns and necrotic carapace it's very tanky. Lucky hit is the key on this build for sure. I'm sitting at 51-52 on the sheet and I have no issues at all with PVP or PVE. Well done sir.
Rogue duels are like crack in my brain, people just like rogues not everyones tryna meta chase :'O Also I'd love to duel this build that sounds like fun, I want to see every class do well but other class's effective range of builds seems to be limited. Rogue has like 10+ viable builds lmao

Hello again, how has your leveling and pvping going? I have a question about the imprint that gives you a barrier when encountering elites. You mentioned somewhere earlier in one of your videos that players in pvp are considered "elites" but in the earlier videos you mentioned that there was some sort of bug that doesn't allow it to happen. I was wondering, does it still work and if it does does it work on enemy players?
Great work. Man I'm having a hard time keeping up with all this new information. Looks like I need to start a new necro for this. So I'm going to assume this build is way better than the Sever one you had earlier (not to be offensive or anything).
No offense taken. I would say that this build is better as long as you have monsters nearby and I would recommend this build over sever if you just want to have fun in the pvp area. However sever would be better when dueling with friends when there are no monsters nearby (for example).
Thanks for the reply. Just letting you know I followed your advice to make your pvp sever build pve proficient and ended up beating nm tier 94. I'm fully aware that other builds can do it easily and higher but the fact that this is a pvp focused build makes it more enjoyable. Thoughts about extra points in blood mist for lower cooldown in pvp ? I have mine 12/5 and it s on a 13 sec cooldown without CDR on any. Also what shadow core skill is better ? Sever or blight ? Are they even needed ?

I didn't have room to fit both curses in the build. If you prefer to have that aspect then you can take out bone prison and take iron maiden instead along with the damned aspect.

Hi :) I am just starting to get into PvP and your videos are very interesting! Coming from PvE I wonder if there were any PvP-attemps to make Blood-based Necros work - especially, Overpowered Blood Mists seem very attractive. I understand that those only occur via Rathma (every 12 secs) but is Rathma really totally out of the question because it is too slow?
I haven't personally tried it just yet nor do I know of any builds, but the main issue I see with it is that you would need to maintain the healthy status which can be hard in pvp. Still worth testing though!
There are actually a few places this lucky hit comes from in this build. The upgraded decrepify skill provides stuns on lucky hit and so does an affix from the unique gloves. A passive on the skill tree called crippling darkness will also provide stuns on lucky hit, but only for darkness skills.
Hi Nihanjix. i play at the moment the Ramping Minion Build.PVE works great,NM100 done too with that but most time i go NM80-90 because its faster to lvl glyps. maybe,have u tried this build in NM too? i search for a paragon build which is good in both. With ramping minion on good players they focus my minions and then no dmg ^^
No problem, versus less geared or lower skilled players you can definitely put up a fight and still win. But versus very well geared players then it will be necessary to fight around mobs to output enough damage.
Looks great but I'll still probably go with sever. Personally not a fan of being constantly immune, gotta give them a chance at winning too lol. Thoughts on using control impaired duration reduction on gear?
I personally don't have a problem with being immune, it is actually quite fair since we can't use any skills during it either. I think control impaired duration reduction can be good but I just prefer to take other defensive stats such as damage reduction instead.
@@Nihjanix Well on this build the main damage comes from corpse explosion and bonestorm, both of which can be used in blood mist even on eternal. Yeah but in general you're going to have an affix slot free in most armor unless you're running a blood build that benefits from DR while fortified. I don't think that ranks to bone prison are that useful in that slot, neither are ranks to blood mist if you're running explosive mist.

I have personally tried control impaired duration on my Rogue (different class, I know) and had some success with it. I think I was running somewhere around 80% extra duration and it made shadow step stun rather long. I've since swapped out of that setup for a more broken build. It wasn't bad but damage is more efficient on necros, especially sever
With monsters nearby and farming the pvp area, infinimist is better. Sever would be better in a duel without monsters nearby (if you didn't want to use monsters or it was against the rules).
This build has weaker damage output but you have more survivability with infinimist, Sever has better damage if you build your necro tanky enough with a shield or something. The extra skill slot isn't too much of an issue since you can make enemies vulnerable with sever instead of corpse tendrils and use decrepify in its place instead.
I like to lurk in diablo 4 discords like one called Sanctuary which has a pvp section. I haven't participated in any events myself but they are definitely out there.
Running since 1 month one different type of infinemist pvp nercro min maxxed. Your version missing 1 powerful aspekt and you are running less dmg in your skillboard also skills they currently not working. If you pvp with one tryhard rouge you need momentum or you die and you cant kill them without tonns of mobs around you dieing at the right moment.
Yes, it helps with survivability but it either takes too long to stack up or if I really invest into it then I am losing a lot of damage that I wasn't willing to give up.
@@inventingabetteryou9210 It won't appear there since only buffs will show there. It only affects single damage ticks so it isn't an active buff. I tested it by staring at damage numbers with most of my gear removed and skills/paragon nodes removed so that nothing else would affect my dots.
In seasonal servers there is a malignant heart that auto activates a decrepify aura around your character which is how I have access to it. If you are on the eternal servers then you would need to equip decrepify on your hotbar.
I just get to the conclusion today that necro in general sucks in pvp, we need something like a cc breaker or unstoppable with bone storm, it is fun for pve, but so many disadvantages in pvp. I got today to manage 64k attack power with some gear that adds attack when I get a orb and the aspect with 30%, still not enough.
@@jluis859 Necro does struggle in pvp and I agree that an unstoppable would be great or maybe in general there is too much cc in pvp. But it's still possible to do well with necro and have fun. I wouldn't trust attack power as it doesn't factor in a lot of stats.
So i tested a bit. In 1on1 no way against well geared Rogue or Barb. Too less Corpses. Barb can heal instant full hp. Burst Damage is missing :/ always need mobs around.
@@Nudels99 Right now barber has a glitch/bug. When you hit a monster with barber, the explosion damage will kill players in one shot. I don't want to use this exploit because it doesn't feel fun.

How does this build do if you do not have any mobs around? NVM, you answered already in the description

I think on eternal the infinimist build is probably better since sever benefits more from the decrepit heart and an extra skill slot.

No good for this build. We don't use essence and already have limited space for aspects.

The circle effect is from the decrepit malignant heart which is a mechanic available in season 1.
