Simply a great product from Tanner. Ordered a mat and my 9 year-old grandson -- who is already learning the location mode and communicating it.

To simplify, have hitters yell -OUT, MIDDLE , IN at the moment of contact. Thanks for all your great input and help to so many on this channel.

My simple rules were, never swing at an off speed first pitch. 2-0, 3-1, your box is small and you are either taking or hitting a double or a home run.

What age should you start reading pitches

it helps if you read your kids pitches before they go to bed at night when they are young. this will inspire them to read pitches on their own when they get older

Have you ever tried any virtual reality programs for hitting like Win reality? I was wondering if its actually helpful or just junk.

@@AntonelliBaseball I recently bought the Oculus and 1 yr Win Reality sub. Now that I have the bat attachment, I am convinced this is the future of training!

A little complicated. Studies show over 70% of pitches are middle-out. Look for fastballs early and on hitter’s counts, stay inside the ball, and finish your swing. If you’re 0-2, 1-2, 2-2, look off speed/curve and adjust. Balls 1-8, etc., come on bro.

You’re not adjusting to a high velocity FB.

@@Jgratz2 1-2 and you get gas up, that’s a great pitch. Even pros strike out bruh.
