So i bought astra pro and then elementor pro thinking i have the full kit, now im thinking i didnt need astra pro, ahhh well. brilliant tutorial, 2 and half hours in and loving it. I'm having this issue where when I install your header from your site. I realize the first step background needs to be darkened, but when I add the new section, adjust the min height to 800, and add a gradient background... all that goes in a section below the menu section. So it's still not visible. I'm following your steps carefully but the end result isn't the same. So how do I get that 800px height background to go "behind/under" the nav menu? Little help?

Thank you so much Ferdy, really helpful! One thing I'm struggling with is changing the hover color/font/... of the header when scrolled. I can change all these things of the header when the header is transparent (= not scrolled) but as soon as I scroll I can't change the hovering color etc, any ideas?
I can't even get my header to be transparent. Also, I've ran into a lot of problems with the content he goes over, such as positioning the social icons, isn't even available on my Elementor Pro interface. This seems to happen a lot with most of these tutorial videos on website design. They always change.

Your "home" page's background image or gradient starts at the top, so its the background of the menu. It looks like "float left" or "absolute position"?!. It seems to be part of your downloaded header template as you did not show how to do that. How can I realize this by myself? EDIT: Ok found it. Negative margin bottom and z-index 1 ;)

I bought Elementor Pro thru your link and have tried to upload the Web Design Services page in Zip and JSON file over 20 times and cannot get it to work. It keeps saying The following errors occurred while processing the request with about 20 undefined words under the error. It is no big deal, I can recreate the page, but just thought I would let you know. I even downloaded several more times just to make sure i was getting the right page. BTW love your videos and thank you for all you do for free.
Same issue - when he creates a new section it includes the menu area which I can't duplicate without using inner column and negative margins and if you do that the new hero section is part of the menu and displayed on every page. Clearly he missed something in the video as I've watched it 10 times and my elementor doesn't work like his :(

I loved your video and was able to make a really great website project with it as I was trying to teach myself Elementor Pro. Have you considered redoing your closed captioning? Question - why didn't you just use a 3 column layout in the header when you added the social icons? Seems like it would have been easier to than adjusting all of the positioning.

Hi Ferdy, when i am creating a Menu i don't have the "Primary" option under locations, i have Header or Footer, and if i select Header, Elementor automatically creates a toggle and all the pages i create go there. What am i doing wrong?
Your templates do not work - I have tried multiple times following your video with the Template Package but it just gives you an error when you try to upload it.

Echter wanneer ik dit bij de pro versie doe, dan zegt hij dat ik mijn licentie moet verruimen. The inline positioning didn't work for me at all.

Hei Hi, I have probably a silly question but I really don't understand it. So, if I don't have web hosting I basically cannot use WordPress if not by purchasing a plan with WordPress directly. But if I purchase a plan through namehero, then I get to install WordPress and get access to the free plugins and I can import others without purchasing a plan... correct? Why?

I really loved this one video, and your videos at all, but as I’m deaf, I’m dependent on the video subtitles. Hi Ferdy, when i am creating a Menu i don't have the "Primary" option under locations, i have Header or Footer, and if i select Header, Elementor automatically creates a toggle and all the pages i create go there.

Your templates do not work - I have tried multiple times following your video with the Template Package but it just gives you an error when you try to upload it.

Ha Ferdy, dank voor je video waarin je uitlegt hoe je Elementor Pro kunt deactiveren en opnieuw activeren. Echter wanneer ik dit bij de pro versie doe, dan zegt hij dat ik mijn licentie moet verruimen. Ik heb echter maar 1 website waarin ik aan het bouwen ben, en toch lijkt het alsof Elementor pro denkt dat ik een extra website aan het openen ben. inloggen in mijn huidige account verhelpt het probleem niet. Heb je misschien een andere video waarin je dit probleem tegenkomt en uitlegt ?

Hoi Ferdy, de headers die je rond 1 uur 8 minuten aanbiedt op je site zijn niet te vinden. Als ik op 'all templates' klik word ik doorgestuurd naar een algemene Elementor Pro pagina. Is er een andere plek waar de desbetreffende template te vinden is?
Edit: ik heb het adres uit de video overgetypt, dan lukt het wel.
