Glad you enjoyed the video. It is funny as when I ride with the guys we get so little done compared to riding alone but it is much more fun mucking around with your mates.
Great video! Some smooth well timed jumps. Watching the dirt lip to dirt lip jump got my heart rate spun up just thinking about it. On an MX bike sure. On a mountain bike I would choose to be a spectator. Live to ride another day.
Nice work ,i can't help but think I need to join the dad's army for some rides one day all the trails you guys ride and the way you session the good parts is definitely my cuppa tea Love the encouragement you give each other to great way to up your game faster or crash faster 😜 👍
Another great Video Lance and we had a super day 😉, isn’t The GoPro effect something else it makes the jumps look smaller and turns me into a fat bastard 😂
Is this winter in NZ? Right I'm moving, better than my summer. I thought it was considerably worse. I assume this trail is named after the film mate? Jermain is a great export for you lads and does you proud.
Do you find the E bike has helped conquer the fear of gaps? Im in same boat and currently on a Taniwha too - the E bikes that I have tried scoot up to speed so early that it seems to be one less thing to worry about. Another great video from the Covid Enduro world champ
The e bike has given me more confidence jumping. It feels very stable in the air and landing. Occasionally the speed limiter will cut out as you pedal into a jump which sucks. I love riding it though. I can ride more without getting exhausted.
Riding the specialized levo. Thanks for the support. I am a pretty average rider but am very analytical of tracks. The more you look at things the more you realise they are similar to things you have done before. This gives me confidence and as we know confidence is huge with mtb.
I have not. I have thought about this but firstly my technique is not great. I have thought about making a video of the psychology of jumping and how I overcome the fear of jumping.
Loving the videos, about an hour in this evening. Keep them coming
Thanks for that. A bit of a challenge at present with covid lockdown.
@@bestdayevermtb2 yep being in auckland sucks at the moment, Totora park it is after work
@@jordonoriley497 I must admit never made a video at Totara Park. May do that.
@@bestdayevermtb2 nothing crazy, but a special place for an after work 1 - 1.5 hour ride, amongst some cattle
Brilliant video Lance you make it like we are there living it with you, boys were on fire 🤙👍
Thanks Steve. You need to join us on the next vegas trip.
this is one of my favorite trails, its so fun
Pushing the boundaries. Awesome :)
Really enjoyed watching this guys. Great crew.
This is why MTB is soooo good, love that fact you've got a great group of friends to ride with, pushing each other!!!
Glad you enjoyed the video. It is funny as when I ride with the guys we get so little done compared to riding alone but it is much more fun mucking around with your mates.
Great video!! Love to go for a ride with you lot if I'm ever allowed out from the UK, to visit friends in kiwi land 👍
Awesome stuff Lance and Army Crew. Think the pressure from all the other boys is paying off. 15 Year Mission Complete. Well done!!!
The problem is the mission is never quite complete
Always look forward to your videos, so entertaining haha 🤙
Thanks for that. Your encouragement motivates me to try and make better videos.

Great to watch, love the way you guys egg each other on, anything’s possible attitude. Awesome guys 👍
Thanks for the feedback Damon
great video Lance, Redwoods is a sick biking destination!
I love riding there. Missed it during lockdown

Nice one mate 👍🏼👍🏼
Loved that one🤟
Nice one , that gap is lot bigger in real life, but its built well
The go pro makes everything look so small.
Nice jumping! Hope I can manage half the distance one day 😄
Thanks
Nice vid
I’m 14 and sent those jumps on my first time

We ride with lots of different people. It does help if you are not quite right in the head.
That looked like an awesome day! Makes me want to plan a Rotorua trip. Fun vid, the progression has been great to watch over the past few months.
Must be done. Have some fun and support the Rotorua economy.
Another great edit with the Dads Army boys shreddin Rotervegas , great riding fellas and real progression again, whats not to like?
Thanks. I always worry about the end result of progression.
Watching this while actually in Rotorua and recovering from a full day on the trails. It's only a matter of time before we all move here.
I have thought of moving there but my business holds me in Auckland. One day
Great video! I keep seeing you everywhere, I saw you in Rotorua and today at woodhill!
I love to ride whenever and wherever I can
Brilliant 👍👍

I agree with half of that

I never done Double down as I see grade 6 so I always skip it. These eastern spice jumps are good. Good video.
Double down is very easy to ride if you go around the features. Thanks for the support it is much appreciated

Love your videos mate, as an over 50s rider your relaxed descriptions give me confidence to hit stuff. BTW, what eBike are you riding?

That was a good f*&kin' run that :)
nice jumping starting to upload some vids myself. but still saving up for a gopro.
Cool. They are expensive but a few specials at the moment.
@@bestdayevermtb2 yeah there is some cheap ones on amazon but i just hope it will ship to whangarei

what do you use to edit.
Leshh gooo another video!
Thanks for that. We had a really fun day.
I have done that jump lots of time and I always hate it
I actually liked it once I had done it. When I ride on my own I seldom try new jumps but seeing my friends do it gives me confidence to clear it.
Have you done a vid on how to jump ?
I have not. I have thought about this but firstly my technique is not great. I have thought about making a video of the psychology of jumping and how I overcome the fear of jumping.
@@bestdayevermtb2 that's proberbly half my problem lol
i dont understand ..ANY of the words thats your saying.....
15 years that's a long time to overcome a jump
