    My mornings are late and verrrryyy slow. For me the worst part is my mental state, which is every single day quite low. So my tips would include, have things/beings that cheer you up (my cats!!!), turn on happy music, drink water first thing you wake up really taste it, feel it. Stretch, do laugh exercises, sing a song, do yoga poses. And gratitude - from a nice cup of tea to past happy memories and tiny future plans and hopes.

      Great tips, anything that motivates or helps lift the spirit is always a good thing. Also, coconut water is a great way to rehydrate and add electrolytes to the body, good for the muscles and cells. Vitamin D is also very important since pain/fatigue can keep us indoor/in bed, or in other cases, heat intolerance can also keep us away from sun exposure. Best of health to you.

    What about when moving in the morning is very painful? It is hard to make yourself get out of bed when you know you are going to be crying from the pain
