Hey actually for the aspect of guan yu you need to have 5 different non Zagreus aspects

I started getting unlocking phrases shortly after I beat Hades for the first time and started doing low heat runs with all the weapons. I was investing Titan Blood across all the weapons and eventually if you play the game as normal you’ll most likely come across the waking phases by pure dumb luck.
But to answer your question I’m pretty sure it doesn’t matter what weapon you use.
Here’s a few I know
Show Chaos the shield
Show Astarious the gauntlets
Keep talking to Achilles for the spear when he has (!) over his head
