Hi sir to solve board of the embroidery machine “Barudan” there is a two bottoms we have to click it together for settings of needles To change from 8 needles to 5 needles, l have to go to the settings. First, there are two buttons that must be pressed continuously. The first is the power button, and there is another button. I went through all the steps here in your video, but now, when it starts to run its like the driver isnt getting held out to stay in contact with the needle bars? there is good tension from the spring any ideas?
@@kirkbrooks101 the needle driver works smoothly, i did have a pin tension issue it was a bent shim i replaced it with the ones Barudan sent me and it worked smoothly. ill have to look into again put a new spring in as well
@@kirkbrooks101 yea i could see that since they went to the S style head alot more plastic in here for sure thabks for the help Sir. Hopeing to get down time in production to finish this

What does the needle bar stopper do.. the plastic or rubber roller looking piece? Mine broke.. and now machine won’t always trim..

If you pushed down to much on the pin that holds the needle bar in position, it may stick and not release, so maybe try readjusting it.

@@aaronpalmer5782 sometimes the needle bar driver just sucks, I keep a bunch on hand just in case one doesn't want to move freely.
