As a child of the 70's and early 80's about average 9-13 years younger than these actors in the movie, I watched this movie every chance I could when it was in heavy rotation on television and cable in the late 70's & early 80's and I was absolutely enthralled seeing young kids act adult, the pedal cars, the music etc. I just watched the whole movie again after many decades now in December 2022 as it available for free to watch for Amazon prime members here in the States this month. I have been reading all the comments here on youtube for all 5 parts of this movie cast reunion, and have seen many calls for them to do a remake of this and I disagree. I think they made and cast this movie to perfection and feel in today's day & age, a remake would be something completely different than intended and diminish & ruin the spirit of this masterpiece of Alan Parker. I am perfectly content with Bugsy Malone just being the unique movie it is in a class off it's own for each new generation to discover and appreciate.
I was very fortunate to have caught a rerun of this movie recently and it brought nothing but tears to my eyes. Whenever it showed as a little girl my dear late brother and I would watch it every time. It was one of his favorite movies!!! Cheers 🍻
I think John Cassisi could be in something like the sopranos today! I think he's slightly playing up the whole 'from Brooklyn' thing though...I also really like the fact that, with cream pie on their faces, all of fat sams old gang just seem to go back in time and you can really see their young 1976 counterparts shining through :)
I had a huge smile on my face the whole way through these vids :) tanks for uploading... Bugsy Malone and Wizard of Oz was all I ever used to watch as a kid!
Cuántos recuerdos al ver estos actores de buggsy Malone . Increíble cómo ha pasado el tiempo . Ame a Jodie Foster actuando como tallulah . Todo un descubrimiento en aquellos años .
Bonnie Langford did a rememberable performance you will see her in the background at 5:06. Why did they not interview her as this was an English documentary and she can be easily be found?
I know!! She was like only 11-12 years old when this was being made, and by far, I think REALLY sells it playing a self-absorbed Broadway singer... with that high-pitched voice that kills me every time I watch her scene! xD
Performer: Someone who typically works on a stage doing various things from singing acting and dancing to circus style stunts. Traditionally however usually the former is most common. In other words, instead of going through with one medium within the industry, they tend to have multiple talents (Again refer to Singing, Acting and Dancing. However it's not limited to those three mediums)
Ronan Palmer OMG IM FIZZY IN MINE! I bet you did really well anyway! I have to sing,Thing is..IM A GIRL TO DO IT O-O Then i sang and everyone started clapping...I was like: .......Oh Gawd..

Months later, but Blousie also was clean... reason is simple: Continuity. Last scene is Bugsy and Blousie going away in a car, and they didn't want for any of those 2 to be completely covered in cream. =P
This put a smile on my face, although the ending had to sour it a bit. Why sign off on this documentary of a fun movie with the Taxi Driver comment, sheesh. By the way, child prostitution is a thing... um, ok. 😕
I wish they had paid extra money and reunited the American cast with the English. Imagine Fat Sam and his henchmen together again

On 2Wheels how do you know he’s a bad actor?
Last i heard he was in prison

+Valerie Alonzo What is Jodie Foster, chopped liver?

+Valerie Alonzo The actress who played Tallulah
More like will you be quiet down there
how come Bugsy's the only one clean? did he hide?
Months later, but Blousie also was clean... reason is simple: Continuity. Last scene is Bugsy and Blousie going away in a car, and they didn't want for any of those 2 to be completely covered in cream. =P

This put a smile on my face, although the ending had to sour it a bit. Why sign off on this documentary of a fun movie with the Taxi Driver comment, sheesh. By the way, child prostitution is a thing... um, ok. 😕
If they did re-make Bugsy Malone(with adults) I think
Tom Cruise would be Bugsy(dont ask)
And Kevin McHale(actor) would be Knuckles, idk why
when i found out bugsy malone was our school play i was so excited this ..it's just my fave this in the WORLD!
Brilliant childhood memories great movie, up there with charlie and the chocolate factory.

"Al started to get pissed. And I don't mean drunk." #bilingual
Alan Parker sounds a bit like Michael Caine and looked like Paul Williams.
Jodie Foster's still playing the heterosexual game
The actresses who do come out their careers are never
The same not everyone can be Ellen or Rosie'
That piano sounds like Freddie Kruger Nightmare on elm street
