I think the 1996 Florida team was the best.They could score at will on any defense.They wide receivers were to good.Then with Taylor&Jackson as the backs that team was better than the 2008 team in my opinion.

@flash 22 2008 gators had a better running offense then the 1996 gators and the 1996 gators had a better passing offense both had different style offenses since 2008 team had running backs likes percy harvin and jeff demps and of course tebow. Danny had a strong arm. which team was better is debatable but the 2008 team has been listed as one of the best college teams to ever play I haven't seen the 1996 gators on the list for some reason
No, what I'm trying to get y'all to understand is the quarterback rivalry between Tim Tebow and Matthew Stafford, they've faced each other 4 times, in the Georgia-Florida 2006-2008 games and one time in the NFL. Tebow beat Stafford in 2006 & 2008, and Stafford beat Tebow in 2007 and 2011, they are 2-2 vs each other.

My uncle had season tickets but i was only like 8 lol, but he took me to this game and the lsu game from this year and it made me a gator fan for life. He introduced me to football, safe to say I went to 2 of the best games a gator fan could of said he went to that year looking back on it. I was so lucky. What a time to be a gator fan

I had a buddy who died of ALS and he and I went to see Miami at App st(he was a huge Miami fan). I met Mark Richt after the game trying to get his helmet signed. Mark told me( I was wearing a Florida shirt) that I was wearing the wrong orange. I informed him of who it was for and he was super polite. Truly a class act. Having said that, he can't beat the gators to save his job!!! Lol

It's a shame some of the talent that was on this field has not really lived up to their potential. Knowshon Moreno, Percy Harvin, Brandon Spikes, Louis Murphy, Aaron Hernandez. Well he just fucked up his entire career and his life. and Tebow himself should be a lot better imo.

Percy Harvin injury prone but when healthy has glimpses of greatness in terms of being the most explosive player in the league. Tebow has definitely gotten screwed a few times would've been great in the Eagles offense. It's just the way the cookie crumbles.

Tebow never got a fair shot in the pros. His second year he was named starter and took the Broncos from 1-4 to the AFC West title and a playoff win against the Steelers. After that they signed Manning and Elway just shipped him off. Never got a fair chance.
