Please take care of yourself and get all the rest you need. ❤ I’m glad you had such a good time during both events, even though you paid for the little diet cheats and all the activity afterwards. God Bless… Edit: I’m so glad that you felt up to getting a walk in on Monday, even with the wedding and all the travel!
Thanks, Tahlia!! I'm glad, too :) You missed all of my chronic illness drama the past few years, but I've been much better since the beginning of this year (thanks to normalizing thyroid function and finally getting yeast overgrowth under control), so my being able to bounce back is a huge victory! Those long days in the car actually help - I'm forced to stay off my feet and just rest.
Lol at cornhole muscles 😂 omg queso looks like this is the lap of luxury. This sounds like a lot, but you had so much fun too. Can't recall if I mentioned it before, but I read book 3 of SJ Bennett's Her Majesty the Queen Investigates, and it had a side character who explained the challenge of doing things with MECFS. I immediately thought of you.
yeah, we laughed at that, too! ha ha Wow, no, I hadn't heard about that - unusual to see a character in a novel with ME/CFS, so thanks for the heads up! And thanks for thinking of me :)
I know it is tiring, but it sounds like you've been having a heckuva lot of fun! Weddings are great fun...it's been a while since I've been to one (and it doesn't look like there are any on the horizon, so who knows when I'll go to one again!)
Yes, our sons are 26 and (almost) 30 now, and we seem to be entering the wedding phase for their friends! Another one coming up in September with many of the same people!
Yes! And thanks for the reminder - looks like I forgot to include it in the notes below the video. I've included it now. I'll try to also include it in a 2nd reply to you but YT doesn't always like that :) The blog post includes links to info on how it works and the dosing, which is complicated, as well as our own experiences (just updated!). Let me know if you have any questions!
Reply #2 - I will try to paste the link here, but it's also in the notes above now :) livewithcfs.blogspot.com/2014/04/imunovir-update-and-inosine.html
Really enjoying your videos! So happy Kim recommended your channel! 💜
Thanks, Michele! Do you have a chronic illness, too?

9:48 I didn’t realize how big guinea pigs can get!
Yeah, he's a chunky little guy! Super sweet :) We miss having him around!

My uric acid is quite high as it is😢. Can't take inosine. People should know that it raises uric acid a lot.
Good point. We've taken is for over decade and never had a problem, but if that's a pre-existing condition, it could be.
Do you have an article on your blog about inosine by any chance? I’d like to research it and possibly talk to my doctor about it.
