Hi Shannon :)
nice to meet you :) great tutorial ...thank you for sharing...
I have been looking at this cutter for a few days now and watching vids on it etc....it looks a great tool...
so I will definitely be buying one of these :)
the black stopper you took off what you call the pointy thing lol...cute.....goes on the end of the tool while using it so you dont misplace it....and then when you ve finished using it....you replace it on the " pointy thing" lol....as a safety guard :)
enjoyed your video, great tags :)
have a nice day, stay safe and well :)
magz :)
Love any tool which makes a ratchet sound. It is as nice as crinkly paper.

yes they're still making stamps, lol. i just got into the crafty thing and got mine from joanne fabrics michaels and joggles.com. i'm a mixed media artist and i screwed up a few of my atc's. i decided to cut them up and make tags. great minds think alike!😍
Thanks for watching Sherri!
I paused this video to go to Amazon and order this circle cutter.. Now I can hardly wait until Tuesday when it will be delivered! I am SOOOOOOOO excited, I am going to LOVE it! I am going to be making fabric flowers first... but it will not end there! Thank you for enabling me. I LOVE tools and I love you!
Oh fabric flowers, yes!!
I just bought one of these a few months ago to make fabric yoyos and it really is an excellent product. Thanks for the cool tag tutorial!!! :)
Thanks for watching, Lujean!
If you cut a lot of paper circles, maybe investing in a sticky mat, like for use in an electronic cutter, would be a worthwhile investment.
I have a die cutting machine for making lots of circles and I have sticky mats to go with it. I just don't drag that stuff out unless I need to make circles in bulk. This little tool is better for just a couple of circles now then :)
I bought this cutter several months ago for 7 or 8 euro's, and it works perfectly. I don't have a lot of punches nor a cuttingmachine, so this is a great solution for my circles. But you're right Shannon, I've never seen it being used in mixed media video's. So thanks!
I hope more folks discover how well it works and how easy it is to use!
Yeah may the circle be unbroken, I will add this to my wish list. TFS I've been in the tag mood all week. ❤️🎨
THanks for watching Beth!

Hi, Shannon. A fellow Texan has a question. Does the pivoting point pierce a hole in the center of the paper? I could not see one in your examples, but I don't see well so couldn't be sure. Thanks so much. Diane
Hi Shannon - I enjoy your videos very much. I'm taking as close a look as I can at the circles you cut. Does the cutter make a hole in the center of the circle from the pivot pin or does it pretty much smooth over | close up when done so it's not noticable?
It does make a small pin hole which for me is insignificant.
thank you for taking the time to answer :)
I enjoyed your video, I would like to ask if you know if this cutter will cut Styrene.
To be honest, I have no idea.
just wondered why you stamped and coloured both sides of your circle if you were going to cover one side of it with your insect circle?....just curious that's all lol....
magz :)
uh-oh ... I have a serious addiction to circles (I also don't know why, except they're so obviously gorgeous and perfect)... this could be addicting!
I'm afraid so :)
I'm going to have to go get me one of them there cutters. Tfs. When you print on your coffee dyed paper, are you just using regular copy paper? I'm asking because it looks like they printed out beautifully
Yes, just regular paper nothing fancy.
How can I prevent this from making a hole in the middle of my tag?
The only way would be to put a stopper of some kind on the pointy thing. Maybe the eraser off a pencil? But then you run the risk of it slipping and ruining your circle. It's really a Catch 22.
