Lord PLEASE let this become a movie, even in Spanish dubbed, it deserves to be shown to the world.
This is one of the animations that I look forward to the most, everything is amazing. Character design, environment, graphics, they are all brilliant. You are bringing an important part of history to life and a part that has never been represented in media either, Mesopotamia and its mythology are vastly underrepresented so thank you from the bottom of my heart for bringing it to life in such a beautiful way!! I'll watch it on its first day and buy any DVDs when they are released!!!!

No creo que sea duro, estoy seguro que, fuera del meme, la gente aprecia ambos proyectos independientemente del otro. ¡Personalmente me emociona ver que narrativa ofreceran sobre el mito! Por ahora parece (el soundtrack y el tono de los diálogos) que se apegará al genero épico original. ¡No puedo esperar :)!

Yo conozco a Gilgamesh de la franquicia japonesa de Fate pero el es un personaje de lo más grandioso. Al ser un mitad dios y mitad mortal fue un rey extremadamente arrogante que provo todo placer en el mundo y abuso mucho de su pueblo incluso reclamando la primera noche de matrimonio de todas las novias vírgenes de su reino. La misma diosa Ishtar se enamoró de él y trato de seducirlo pero el la rechazo. Por ello los dioses mandaron a Endiku para que lo humillara pero lejos de eso Gilgamesh lo nombró como su único amigo, hermano e igual. Pero su muerte Gilgamesh empezó a temerle a la muerte y buscó la forma de ser inmortal y viajó por mucho tiempo hasta que la hayo pero la perdió y lejos de endurecer acepto su destino y se volvió más humilde y más sabio pero no menos orgulloso. Es la versión instrumental sin coros, quedaría genial y si los autores llegan a un acuerdo con DLH para incluirlo en su material, creo que sería beneficioso para ambos.

No te creas, si te fijas, se nota q agregaron cosas como sharing, iluminación más compleja, y cambiaron algunas animaciones para más fluidez. Es lo mismo xq sigue siendo el contenido de la película, pero se nota q avanzaron mucho el producto.

I think the 1995 movie is better.
If it was to be another straighwashed heteronormative adaptation of the Epic, then let it die. The only film adaptation of the Epic of Gilgamesh we need is one that will finally portray Gilgamesh and Enkidu as the textual soulmates and lovers they are. This is a story of foes turned friends turned lovers and how the protagonist has to face the loss of his soulmate, ultimately, and find a reason to live for himself. It's been straightwashed for 150 years by heterosexual academics, and only recently with Helle's 2021 translation are we finally getting closer to the end of this non-sense.
Screening the oldest legend of the world is a very good idea. I don't know why nobody did it before.
But those models and animation from crappy idiotic games RUINS THE WHOLE THING.
