I just replaced lifters and rockers on a 2010 2.7 had to do a crank relearn .. didn't remove timing cover and cam crank difference is +9 idling .. is it off a tooth at crank ?
If it seems to run fine it may be ok .A cam / crank relearn would help but in my experience 12 degrees for every tooth off . That can change based off of change in sprocket or chain teeth .
Great info!
Good info, Thanks! Why does the pid say in sync if it's 16 degrees off?
Great question

Main chain tensioner is also extended out a good amount
I also replaced secondary chains and tensioners
Seems to run fine
