Great video!Im on a 3 day fast.Our bodies wasnt designed to eat throughout the day.Back then food wasnt accessible & had to hunt for it.People eat too much.Thats why theres so many with health problems & digestion issues.Along with the bad sugars,artificial flavoring,dyes,& all the other additives to our food.Im fasting for 3 days. Im 32 hours in & 40 more to go. Im doing good. Feeling hungry every now & then but its worth the health benefits.Challenging myself feels good too. People feel hungry & immediately have to eat. In truth its ok to feel hungry. Its a normal feeling. But as soon as people feel it they satisfy it. Im drinking nothing but plan water. I do have a headache but I get them often anyways. More people should fast. Even if its 16/8 or a 24 hour one every now & then. They will feel so much healthier. Thank you for this informative video:) I appreciate it
Doctor Greetings..! I have dilatation of the Right & Left Atrium.. Left - 24 cm2 & right 31 cm2. I have also got RBBB. Ejection Fraction - 56%, Distolic Volume - 191ml and Systolic Volume - 85ml. Cardiac Volume - 106m., Output - 10.6L/ M. EDVI - 92 ml/m2, MR Fraction - 23% Can you please advise me on certain precautions I should take to avoid worsening my situation?. Thanks a lot, sir.
P.s. I also do keto. I dont eat any sugar & very low carb.I drink water & diet soda(refuse to give my pop up)I eat celery with cream cheese, meat(including bacon),cheese,eggs,salad,cabbage,zucchini,cucumbers. And feel so much healthier. And only have 1 or 2 cheat days a month

You had me at "you probably eat 3 meals a day," sorry doc, but that's where you're wrong. I eat 10 meals a day and seriously need to cut down.
