I was 11 years old when I first listened to this song after my friend died, it was an AMV of Naruto that I was watching and I got choked up, I'm 18 now, and I still get choked up. Nightwish is truly beautiful.
I would love to hear Floor's emotion put into this song. I love Tarja's voice but I rarely hear emotion in between the technicality of her voice. The difference in performance between Ever Dream speaks volumes, even though Ever Dream is *about* Tarja.
I'm practicing my singing but somehow I managed to skip this song in all the times I've binge-listened to their music, so unfortunately I'm not familiar enough with it to sing along, but it's way too beautiful to stop.
