MSI RTX 3060TI Gaming X re-pad & re-paste. SOMEONE FORGOT TO PEEL!

I bought this GPU a little while ago from a local guy who told me that it is 100% working but some screws were missing because it was previously water-cooled.
What I found inside shocked me (and not in a click bait-y way!)

for smoke tar spray it with wd40 til its soaked into the tar-dust and then let it sit for 10 minutes at least or longer if you wish then hit with soapy water bath

Only if you manage to find it for a decent price (think below £140 here in the UK) - otherwise there are better options out there....

Honestly I can't recall as it's been a hot minute since then. What I can recommend (I do it all the time) is to use feeler gauges and put 0.25-0.5mm extra. Very soft pads like artic TP3 work best
