Watched your video on "I shall think about it" is a natural phenomena by the customer. The best option is immediately fix an appointment. Though some may say "call me later", how far will it be successful? Is the person trying to wriggle out of it?.
As you said, Cold Canvassing is better always. I too am interested in it.
