Two things I think everyone can learn from KS are : 1) stop acting like you have all this time to get things done, and 2) BM and BW get your health in check [inside and out]. On one of his shows, he asked the audience what they considered "middle age" to be? And most said "40, 45, 50", and then he said for BM and BW the average lifespan is only about 70 - 78-ish. So at 35, we're already in our middle stages of life. Even he was only 56 and still thought he had more time to get things accomplished. Stay on point, keep on your mission and whatever your purpose is and stop believing you have all this 'extra time'. And please get annual check ups! He often clowned the "Big Shirley's" out there and he wound up dying from a heart issue. Having a six-pack is useless if your arteries are all clogged up. Great pod and it was good to hear all the topics they addressed.

JOE HERES A TIP FOR THE POD. When u guys are watching videos and reacting to them on the podcast you should have the video up for the listeners/ watchers to see what you guys are reacting to. U guys do that alot now like when u search pics up online or videos it would be nice to see what you guys are seeing. Alot of podcasts do this and it's alot easier for the audience to vibe with you guys more on the topic at hand.

@@HarlemIndigo every other podcasts shows you a limited amount of the clip under fair use claw for educational and to reference there’s a time limit that they’d have to follow but it’d make the podcast way more seamless

@@dylonvr9595 I had to ask myself that question while thinking about people's reactions to Kevin Samuels' passing. The conclusion that I came to is that celebrating someone's death (or just being happy they died) isn't who I am or want to be. It's being accountable for my own thoughts and behaviors. I think it's understandable for somebody who's been hurt to wish bad on the person they believe hurt them, but allowing our minds to stay in that dark place is a recipe for our own self-destruction. If I were to celebrate someone's death, that's something I'd have to live with knowing about myself, and the audience would be everybody except for the person who hurt me.

There is a reason for that. What Kevin was doing was bigger then him, and regardless of delivery, because people don't take advice when you speak soft most of the time, the content of what he was saying was potent.
