Petersburg Tennessee Alderman Follows Me - Corrupt Town - Harassment -

Petersburg Alderman [now Vice Mayor] Kenneth 'Billie' Richardson, follows me on 4 streets and turns around at the 5th. Just before the camera jolts [hit the towns only speedbump] Richardson passes his own street. Later in a town meeting Richardson mumbles that I got in front of him to block him on his way home. This and other goofy town hall behavior took place during a suit I filed when the town claimed my handicap and front parking. This is one of several times that I was followed by town hall people or their relatives.

Petersburg is not a place I would want to live. Sorry your having to deal with these people that wont leave you alone.
