Petersburg Tennessee Police Follows, Photographs My Car - Corrupt Town - Harassment

- Petersburg TN former police chief Tony Nichols follows me to a friend's house, parks in a neighbor's driveway, and proceeds to photograph my car. The next day Nichols followed me to a restaurant outside of town and photographed my car in the parking lot. Looking for mud and grass on my tires in order to accuse me of leaving a tire mark in the grass in Morgan Park. This is the day after Nichols ordered me to move my cars off my own parking in front of my home. The cars would have been towed if I had not moved them. I had to park them on my lawn. I had just mowed the grass the day before. This started the suit I filed on P'burg. Later while serving as an Alderman, Nichols had his own troubles with P'burg. Being a service-connected disabled veteran, the town was actually taking my handicapped parking...

what legal trick if i may ask
a few friends I've made from the internet are from Tennessee and the stories they told me about the police sounded unbelievably corrupt. I can see how they are absolutely correct. I'm actually scared to take my planned trip to TN in the spring.
