The road from Negril to Sav la mar has more motorcycle crashes and deaths than anywhere on the island. Every time you watch one of these bikers go up on one wheel you are watching someone breaking and flaunting the law. 600 motorcyclists in negril 590 are illegal. Just give a cop some lunch money and your good. Arghhh
