I would like to suggest to Jamaican Team to hire the mexican coach Miguel Herrera... that guy is offensive and very tactical disciplined

We cannot sign players, we can try to recruit players but there is no guarantee of success with that. We have what we have so finding a coach with a style that suits the players, is common sense.
Grimm did not have a style that suited us and his style was not a secret so not sure why we hired him.
The JFF makes a lot of strange choices and I hope they get this right because failing to do so will guarantee us not making the world cup.
We wanted Tappa gone and the JFF hired a man that never coached before. Hall came in and did madness, then learned and improved but he took over when we needed instant results, we did not have time for him to find himself.
I really hope we get a competent coach, who will refuse to be controlled, will have a personality to control the dressing room and has a style that suits us.

We are a silly people imo...the separation of Hallgrimsson will prove to be as effective as Thompson-Herah's separation from Stephen Francis... we have to work out what is Jamaica's "natural" style of play... you do not do that by changing coaches continuously... consistency is KEY... as one video said, all those who wanted him gone love drama, not progress... Time will tell... we think that because the style of firing coaches for short term failure works for Europe it will also work for Africans... it will take us several iterations to understand that, on the face of it, those who sought this coaches back are not good for Jamaica's football development...he may not have been the best, but patience is a virtue when development is a serious matter...
