I am 61 and this show by far is the best show I have ever watched. I just can't stand how long we have to wait between seasons. Why aren't we watching the 2nd half of season 7? I did not like how they split it. The love making scenes between Jamie and Claire is like no other. Wasn't dirty, but showed the intense need for each other. I could relate....lol Please hurry up and give the fans what we have been waiting for.
I love the series. I hope for the series to include Jamie and Claire. I don’t want it to end. All of the actors are spectacular. This series is genuine. It has been a great part of my life and I’m sure that it has affected others in the same way, I am asking the producers and other members who are influential to consider season 9 and season 10.

My husband sometimes walks into our bedroom and I’m either crying, laughing or screaming for Jamie to rescue Claire/ or vice versa 😂😂😂 I love how they change the singers for the opening Theme Song as well. My favorite one was when they sounded like a choir was singing it, so beautiful. This show is SO WORTHY of going to a 10th Season! I had no idea just how much I needed this show, I don’t want it to end…… EVER 😂🙏🏽
I'm with you! Those intimate scenes are amazing. Their chemistry on screen is unbeatable. They don't look like actors. They look like people who truly, deeply love each other to the heart's core. Amazing acting!

I'm 68 years old. I have seen a lot of TV, but Outlander is the best TV show ever. I'm so heartbroken that the 8th season will be the last. It could have easily included more content and gone on for years. So much content from the books wasn't included especially noticeable in S 6 and 7. Those seasons were rushed to the point of being not the same story. It's too long between seasons, but that started because of COVID. I'm sad 😭😭😭.
I totally agree. And yes, Covid made a mess of things, however they did the best they could with what little resources they had to give us a short season . Better than nothing, but now, hopefully, they will elaborate in season part 2 of season 7. I too, love Outlander and agree love scenes are so beautiful not dirty. ❤️🥰
I have to agree with everyone that this is THE best show on TV BUT I'm SO very sad that this show has consistently been snubbed by the awards shows for the quality ALL AROUND for the show - acting, writers, costumers, directing, producers, etc! This show has been robbed of MANY AWARDS and so have the many actors!
I'm pretty sure I won't see the final season. I have found that it's the elders who enjoy Outlander, especially those who live alone. It surely gives us something to watch.
I'm 58 and I've read literally thousands of books but the Outlander books. I've read them all several times and have started over again. It's my absolute favorite series, or movie or TV show! I've watched every episode every chance I get. (I don't have cable or internet for streaming available in the rural area where I live 😢)
I just started watching this show and it is blowing my mind 😃 I’m happy that I am late to the party because I am addicted and there is no way I could have waited for each episode every week 😂 I love these characters so much ❤
None if his fans want to see it come to an end, but im sure there are other projects they would like to pursue, and outlander would keep them tied up to much, as it takes almost a year to do one season. As a book reader I am mostly waiting for the last book and how will the final conclusion be for this great storyline. How and when they make this visual in the TV series, probably very well, but indeed it take a long time. I am going on 76 and hope to be still there for all the rest. The last book must come soon. The story will end ( DG) arround 1800, Claire would be about 82 than and Jamie 76, thats a beautiful age to end in that period and hopefully they die together.
Well , Since I read all the Lord John novels I think there is plenty of source material to make a Lord John spin off? For me almost essential is that the protagonist will be an actor very similar to the one in Outlander. Difficulties will be the moments he encounters Jamie and Claire, as those actors will be passed the age of those moments. @@grahamparks3038

Ansonsten dominiert noch in verschiedenen Farben ihr braun. Eine Serie über Lord John Grey wäre mit Sicherheit sehr interessant, da es Bücher darüber gibt. Eine Serie über Jamies Eltern ganz bestimmt auch. Doch alles muss erst mal verfilmt werden, und das wird dauern. Was die 8. Staffel anbelangt, so kann man nur hoffen, daß ein würdiges Ende für Jamie und Claire kommt. In Buch 9 leben sie noch. 💯💯👌👍💕💖

I saw the real older version of Sam and Claire. San still looks good, and Claire shows aging in this picture. Why do guys seem to age so nicely. Claire could have had her hair up and not look so haggard.

Hetzelfde met de TV reeks, ik kijk eerst met ondertittels en dan eens zonder, dan zie je maar hoe slecht de ondertitteling soms is.

Amazing show...close to facts..and mesmerizing portrayal of the 1700s...including the meeting with George Washington...but I wish the love making scenes were controlled so kids could have watched it...would be a learning guide for them

I am sad to think that I will not live to see the last episode to Outlander. Of course I have all the books so far. My biggest wish is to see a better ending for Book 9. I so want to see a real coming together between Jamie and his son. The last words of the 9th book was a big disappointment. That is the only negative I have about Outlander as a book and a movie.

In the books there is a spin off spy series with their shared secret society with Jamie and Lord Grey.
They get missions from their secret society and investigate paranormal phenomena & Jamie & Lord John try to understand how the stones work.
