My skin is an acne-prone skin and sensitive skin. I will tell the things worked for me in managing it.
I ate less sugar and cooked at home with nutritious foods.
I also ate nut varieties, seeds, and fresh coconut to keep cool.
I tried to stay relaxed and not worry excessively. I used sunscreen and cleaned my face twice with litleeextra riceberyy face wash. I replaced my pillowcase every two days. I always tied up my hair and consumed lots of water. I stopped touching my face excessively. I stuck to my routine without skipping a day.
I had 2 litres of water everyday and used riceberrry face wash for cleaning my face. This resulted in a glowing complexion and prevented acne.

I fixed my acne overnight, yes and I mean it only overnight by using only two products one of them is handmade remedy and one is ponds super light gel which has hyaluronic acid for hydration and vitamin E for for other benefits. here's the main part, I bought a small plastic spray bottle and filled it with my water that I made how did I made it i first took handful of good quality rice washed it well and then in one bowl i took that rice poured water measured by spray bottle and let it soak overnight next morning I strain that water into spray bottle then mixed little bit of rose water in that water and there you have it first spray that water in your face at night let it dry then use the moisturizer then just go to sleep use clean bed sheet or just sleep on your back and thats how you fix your acne overnight it makes your skin smooth and yes i ice my face after i wake up and before doing my care in night remember yeh Pani bhot jaldi kharab ho jata h

In the starting month of my acne my all friends suggest some kind of natural stuff for curing acne. I use tomatoes, honey, atta, banana peel on my face. I also use ice on my acne, use multani mitti pack, and many other things. But they never give me better results.

I finally reduce my acne to 1-2 in month.
My current routine is -
Morning - Salicylic acid face wash - Mosturier - Sunscreen.
Night - Salicylic acid face wash - Nicinamide serum.
My previous routine when I had more acne was. -
Morning - salicylic face wash + Mosturier + sunscreen
Night - salicylic face wash + 2% salicylic acid.
And most important - Deriva cream in night for spot application on acne.
Best cream for acne. If you use it on acne in night the next day acne is gone. If the acne is old than it takes 1-2 days. But reduce it completely.
But you can't use serum when you apply this cream do use it or alternate days.
Even now whenever a acne pop I apply it on the spot and it disappear completely.
And i had these acne for like 4-5 years.

@@aadarshkasariya my skin is mostly oily. But on cheeks it's little dry. So if you have oily skin. You can give it a try.
But remember first thing is to do is eat good, workout or any other physical activity, Cleanliness and most important sleep. Good sleep = less acne and clear skin.
After that this routine work.
At least try for 2 weeks. At first may be it wil not work. For me it starting working after 2-3 week.
It will take 1 month to see actual results.

You have to take care of your face -
Some tips are -
Not touching face.
Use a face towel. Microfiber one is better.
Change your pillow twice a week.
Eat less or no chemical sugar.
Gently clean face and use products
Wash you blanket or quilt cover weeky or at least twice a month.
Use a mosturier or sunscreen which is light in texture. Don't use heavy texture it will cause acne.
Use products which are pareben and sulphate free. But don't use natural products other than alovera gel. I found all of them are fake or didn't work.
My favorite brand are Minimalist, Derma co., Dot and key. Aqualogica.
If you follow these steps you will find your own root cause of acne.
For me it's mostly because of cleanliness, eating sweets and fried foods, using natural face wash like himalayan or mama earth, and because of using heavy texture mosturier on oily skin it clogs skin pores.

I have purchased Minimalist Salicylic acid cleanser and trust me it worked ( using since past 3 months everyday twice) then rice + milk moisturiser then Sunscreen ( Day Care )
Night Care
Cleanser mentioned above followed by Derma co 10% Niacinamide and Vitamin C every alternate day then moisturiser as above.
I would recommend try Johnson baby milk and rice moisturiser and include in your routine if noticeable changes occurs. ( Using since pandemic and my skin has adapted this product)

I have personally tried this all and here is my honest review what worked for me -
Benzac AC 5% Gel - use it one active acne not whole face works always
Adapalene Gel 0.1% - use it on acne scares not on active acne ...start with alternate days depending on how your skin reacts to it ...apply it at night ..literally works like magic and is milder compared to tretnoin
tretnoin 0.025% - dont jump on this directly first get used to adapalene then only start with this as it is way too strong
🔴dont forget sunscreen this process will make your skin sensitive to sun
