    No More Boring Envelopes looks like a wonderful way to make messages so much more special. I suspect sending envelopes addressed like this just may spark the recipient’s creativity to ensure an equally beautiful and exciting reply. Thanks for the great interview and very informative lesson. ~ Rose

    All those envelopes were absolutely stunning!!! I’m wondering when you do a beautiful watercolor flower background or even use water based brush pens (like Tombows) to address, if there’s a way to ‘seal’ the ink so it doesn’t get messed up in the mail if it gets wet.

    A manual laser level from black and decker is a good substitute but if you wish to use a little bit more money you can buy a laser square and mat by 'we are memory keepers' for 62 USD in EU or eBay.

    I'm confused about which circumstances require extra postage. If the envelope is square, do you add one extra stamp? What are other reasons?

    • @krisnapoznik
      @krisnapoznik 5 років тому

      Square envelopes always require extra postage (because they can't be machine read); other reasons extra postage may be required is due to weight. I'm not sure of the specific weight limits off-hand, but if I'm designing a suite, I always like to go to the post office and have them weigh a sample to make sure it's not going to go over the standard postage limit (or to just plan accordingly if so, and make sure we get enough postage to cover it).

      It really depends on where you live, Pam. I'm in Canada and have never had a problem mailing square envelopes. Weight and size are for sure determining factors. You have to check with your postal department/agency for their rules/guidelines.

      There's actually a term for that and it's called 'vocal fry'. Some people are just born with it. Either she has vocal fry or it's just a low-res streaming video and the sound sounds like she's under water a bit. ;)
