Update! This house is currently not for sale. The purpose of this video to show the builders portfolio! Builder Sapphire Luxury Homes. Whats your favorite part about this home?
Very nice luxury home. If I encountered this model that included some acres / lot, i would definitely add on to it! Larger bedrooms, bathrooms, office, indoor full court basketball gym, indoor swimming pool & hot tub, ladies spa room-cosmetics. Outdoor garden, and Palm trees, exterior garage for parking! It would eventually become a Palace / Mega mansion to raise up my future children. Thanks for posting. Ignore the snobs. I enjoy vids like this to learn and get a idea of what I would want for my future wives. Nothing but royalty for them! Blessings.
Amazing house! Love the morroccan courtyard in the foyer and small Moroccan touch here and there. But that basement theater wont work without any wall and sound insulation
Great video! Love this different style from Sapphire. It is in such a great area too. Agaun Kudos to these new long form videos. Absolutely love the walk throughs.
@@WayUpMedia The house was gorgeous, you look good in black, I just wish your production team would have cut the 4 seconds you spoke on the back deck. I’m not sure how many of these videos you all have actually done or just resourced them from the original creators - Like the house in Johnson City, Tennessee.
The floor plan of this home is horrible, starting with the entry, too many columns in a small space that looks like a jail cell, once you find the living room, it feels like a garage that has furniture and a stove, seriously those cabinets look like they belong in a workshop, then the master is a mess, the tub stuck between 2 doors in the middle of the floor, and the TV placement was terrible, upstairs is a maze with spec home rooms, this is definitely a McMansion that feels like living in a big box with no character, please show me where the Moroccan inspiration is? Because I don't see anything that resembles such. I'm sure his home would probably sell to someone but the presenter did not give any details of the finishes, furnishings or materials used to build this house, do your homework before presenting, just telling everybody that it's pretty over and over and over again does not sell a home.
Lovvveee this home. I wish I could afford it and buy it for my arab parents and make them experience something this exquisite before they're gone. Where is this home at?
It's extremely pretty, just concerns me how everything is openjng onto everything... and this everything opens onto the street! 😮😮😮 and unless these glasses are proofed it's a piece of cake to break into 😢😢😵💔😔
Having a bathroom right off the mini living room is nasty work 😂 Didn’t even show many of the things she was talking about. You were showing her instead of the house
This house is all hallways. The great room and the kitchen are in an elongated hallway shape. Like living in a large hallway. Or picture yourself on a passenger train. I also don’t want to be facing the wall, when sitting down in those couches. No. I want to be facing the windows with a panoramic view of the pool outside. The rest of the home, while nice, doesn’t have that "wow" factor. Too bland, endless long hallways, and not enough upgraded touches and texture to the place. It’s a hard pass, sorry. It’s large, but not opulently gorgeous. It would need a vast amount of updating to it, to give you that "take your breath away, wow feeling".

This feels like a luxury warehouse to me 😂😂😂

I’m just impressed at her ability to keep her balance in heels on those snowy surfaces. I would’ve been slipping and sliding.
Love this house! Builder did a fantastic job.

Beautiful home!
Massive luxury home. 👌💯⭐️
I know right, it's insane! 🤩
@4:06 When you get bored you could just sit out on the back deck and watch the traffic from that busy road located next to the house
Oh gosh, no. I rather look at mature. I live in a small space, as of now, but I am surrounded by nature. And it's beautiful to watch. So peaceful.
Exactly. I heard the highway when she opened the doors.
Now say something positive

@WayUpMtedia ...no attitude, thank you.
Beautiful house but the layout is a kind of confusing.
Never mind the Highway noise right next door 😂
Pretty nice Palace 😊😊
Does the 7,200 sqft include the basement, or is the basement in addition to?
Best basement ever.... Hate when they put Master on main level. Too many hallways and columns. The highway as a neighbor 😢 nice house tho.

beautiful. i wish i had this
Beautiful home, but it seems very "corporate" and there are way too many pillars in the hallway.
where is the home located
Michigan

❤️❤️❤️
I love the structure and it looks kind of cold but I don't like all the windows exposed too much of the inside privacy🎉😅🤔
That's a beautiful home...too bad it is near a freeway
too cold for me
Was there a reason why the city the house is located in, or the price of the house was not revealed?
Because it's not for sale
@Mente-abierta2030 thank you, I knew their had to be an answer out there.
Great 🎉🎉😂😂❤❤😅😅
A lot of useless square Footage.... Useless space..... Horrible floor plan.
Moroccan palace
Why is there no listing info for any of the houses you showcase.
this one isnt for sale. its to advertise the builders projects
This house has some very nice esthetics but some terrible functional design choices. Office, theater room not enclosed are a couple big ones.

Michigan!
Love the exterior, not to impressed with the rest

It’s deceiving from the video. The house is in a gated neighborhood and is not on a main road. Extremely safe location for the house.
After these comments, this house is going to be about a buck 😂😂😂

Bloomfield Hills Michigan and this is not the most extravagant house in America…. Promise!
4:03 highway ruined the whole vibe!
what an ugly column entrance
It's a nice house, but extravagant, I disagree.
So much wasted space, poor layout, so much more could have been done with all that space to make it have much better flow!
Most extravagant house in America? It's so boring.
Too many damn columns 😡
CLICK BAIT. 👎
The home looks like a mausoleum
No thanks.
Well enough done I suppose but I would not want to live in it. It has no soul or character. But that applies to all modern homes today.
