This was such a great review Karey. In all of your technology reviews, you cover just about every possible aspect of the device or technology and that is what I appreciate so much. I have seen other demonstrations of Ira but this is the most comprehensive. I will look forward to your comparison between the Ira app and the Be My Eyes app. I am a Be My Eyes app user, and my son-in-law has volunteered as a, be my eyes, volunteer. He loves it but says he doesn’t get enough calls. He wants more calls. He loves describing, in detail, things to people and he is qualified to do any or all of the technology assistance if needed. Thanks for this comprehensive overview. I learned a lot! Have a wonderful week! Love, Beverly
Thanks Beverly! That really means a lot to me. :-) I always try to be thorough because when I do UA-cam's research, I can never find enough information that I'm looking for when it comes to things in that blind world. That's awesome that he is a volunteer! I personally use both and you should try it out just to see how it works. :-)

Thanks! Yes, I do find Aira to be much more professional and feels a lot more secure to use, though it can be quite expensive. I hope you can also follow me on my new channel, Carrie on Accessibility! youtube.com/@carrieonaccessibility.
Thank you for this fantastic video and for sharing this useful information. I also want to thank you for the support that you gave me just after I started my channel. You have suggested to me using YT studio which which enabled me to manage many settings independently. Many thanks again and I am very. Happy you are back. All the best Cheers Maggie
Hi Maggie! thanks so much and yes, it's a great app and I'm glad you like and have benefited from it too. I love all the free offers they have, too. It's awesome to see more aira access points. 😊
Thanks for watching Audrey! I hope you try it out and find it as useful as I do. For tasks that take under 5 minutes, I tend to gravitate to Aira because of just how efficient and helpful the agents are. But if you do try it out and want 30 free minutes, you can use this link! link.aira.io/ref-pd2fc
4:30 It was very hard to hear the words "navigation & descriptions"? The other thing is the free 5 minutes is not long enough for certain applications in life. I am not only legally blind but use a power chair and have limited mobility. At times I may be fast at something but not all of the time. 13:33 It would be nice to find out about other apps other than Aria and Be my eyes? Can you do a video on other apps like these two apps but on other apps??? Please? Nice video.
Yes actually! Someone else from the UK told me that they recently added the UK and so you can use it over there! :-) let me know how it goes. Here's a link to join Aira for free with my invite link and receive 30 free minutes! link.aira.io/ref-pd2fc
Hi there! As I mentioned in the video, it is only available in United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. I think it might also be available in UK now but I'm not sure. I'll also be making a video about another app called be my eyes. That one is available worldwide so check that app out on the Apple or Android store! They also have it in 180 languages too. :-)
Hi Kelly! I think it would be such a fun job. :) You never know what type of thing someone will ask for help with! Thanks for watching and for your comment! 😊

Nice job demonstrating how Aira works Kerry, I myself am an Aira explorer and use it for any task. I like them better than other apps.

I am sighted, but I think your channel is amazing and inspiring 👍
Thank you! Whatever we are, blind, sighted, have another disability or not, we can still work together. ☺️

Which phone do you use and how much it costs?
Hi! I use a Pixel 2 XL. When I first bought it it cost around $700, but they should have it for less now because it is a couple years old. :-)
Is it world wide service ?Can i use it from Asia continent and how to open an account ?

This is really cool. If I wasn't visually impaired, I would love to be an Aira agent.
