Hello teacher, how can I have a strong stomach and endure the hardest shots and how can I play in competitions without losing my breath? What is the necessary practice?
to get a strong stomach : after every single session ask your mate or ur coach to punch you 10 or 15 punchs on your stomach but don't start with strong punchs start with easy and level up up up till your stomach never feel pain again (not necessary a punch a roundhouse kick is good side kick as well just remember to start with easy hits)..... that's how i train myself.. ❤

You would have to stay in and shorten the distance and pick your spaces to kick. You should not allow your opponent to kick as much when they are faster so you have to find ways to obstruct the action.

There is not a simple answer to that. Is about building endurance, keep training, train your core and keep sparring.
