    One trick for when you have underhooks in the clinch is to raise your forearms to the ceiling for max control over your opponent

    Nice teaching... Maximum taekwondo players don't know these techniques.. Plz provide video how to block aggressive drop kick.

    i guess the switching position technique wont woke after the new rules right? and can you please consider watching and analyzing some of the pro matches out there, pointing out the strategies used by the pros.

      anything works if it is under the 5 second rule. The rule said you cannot stay there more than 5 seconds not that you cannot clinch
