The balloon thing is not a ghost .This has happened to me also, this happens when the balloon is running out of helium and starts moving weirdly like if something is controlling it. In the video you can see that the balloon is totally not completely full .Just a helium cause.

One time when I was about four my mom and I went to walmart or target and we’re looking around when all the sudden my mom couldn’t see my so she started looking around she noticed that I was missing and told the store and they went on look down so no one could get in or out the employees were walking around and searching for me the whole time... I was in the makeup section putting on makeup

They used to do that at our Toys R Us before it closed. You’d be perusing the shelves and unattended minors would be running wild. My Dad rightfully complained that some parents used the store as a daycare. I wonder how many would-be paying customers were driven away due to that.

It's a balloon, and if you look at the monitor, it's switching between screens, so this video is sped up quite a bit, and the balloon mustve just followed air flow patterns within the store.

A similar situation happened to me and my family at our local Walmart.
We heard there was a bomb threat in progress and we fled immediately, not able to pay for our items.

I'm sorry, but any Wal-Mart I've ever been in, the toys are clear across the store from the produce. There is no way in hell i would leave my kid alone while I go all the way across the store for some damn strawberries. Produce is usually on the way out. She could have picked a toy and grabbed the fruit on the way out of the store.

Ok, good, I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed this. In all the Walmarts I've been in (which isn't very many but still) the produce, along with every edible thing, is on the complete other side of the store from the toy aisle. I just hope that this Walmart was different, or that mother is extremely irresponsible

I was a night cashier when a guy came in. Seemed off, but not worse than the normal midnight weirdos.
He went in the bathroom. I heard what I thought was a firework & he ran out.
Police were there in minutes. He actually followed someone to the Walmart, shot at him, but dropped the gun, afterwards (thinking he killed him) he ran away.
We never caught him, but he completely missed the shot. No one was even injured, the victim played dead

I watched a video at work of one of my coworkers being followed by some random balloon. The video starts of with a balloon bouncing around... Going up and down hallways... Then falls to the floor as soon my coworker comes into view. She stops. Looks around the balloon as if trying to figure out where the balloon came from. Then she continues walking away from it... And the balloon lifts up and began following her. She entered the office and closed the door. The balloon just started bouncing around the door as if wanting to come inside the office. The balloon finally gave up and continued floating through the hallway. Just happened the other day. You have to see the video to believe it. Creepy. But unfortunately, due to the type of work I do, I am not allowed to show any video to anyone. Oh well.

#14 was probably a balloon being moved by some air conditioners...
definitely, if you look at the screen on the right you can see that the video is sped up by quite a lot, meaning most likely the balloon was just floating about being pushed in random directions by air conditioners but looks like its moving on it's own because of the speed increase

I had completely forgot about this until seeing the shopping cart video. But when I was a kid (maybe 12ish), my younger brother, younger sister and I sat in the car while my dad drove around the parking lot of a Target. My mom had run in real quick to grab something, and we were waiting for my her to come back out. Suddenly, a shopping cart started following behind us. Even when we turned, it turned as well. Finally, my dad pulled into a parking space, and it stopped right behind us, blocking us in. We were all freaking out. We thought maybe it was remote controlled and someone was pranking us. When my mom came back out, she moved the cart out of the way and got in the car. We all started talking over one another, telling her what had just happened. She said it just looked like a regular cart to her.
