One thing which I want to get more clarity after listening to this interview is that if Sikh ideology have any similarities with communism on their way of operating the State, because both the ideologies converge into the similar idea of subjectivity.

Yadvindra your problem in this video seems to be pull the leg of Mandhir Singh. And very cunningly you introduce the state of Khalistan ! You may belong to a Sikh family, but "internally", intuitively, spiritually, you may not be having any sort of commitment to the principles of the Gurus, hence your having a "crisis" of introducing questions of the kind of state the Sikhs dream of !! You are just swimming with the tide of political parties, you have no questions on the "idea" of an ideal Sikh state, or how such a state can be similar or dissimilar to the western idea of the State.
Get your scholarship of the idea of a state as per the western thought clear, once that is clear, get your scholarship of the Gurus principles clear. Thereafter you may be able to conduct a fruitful. But you will have a problem, as a media player, you may want to be seen as a pro-establishment man. That is your crisis of "intellectual" integrity !!! But as an intellectual you have ask tough questions and seek right answers, simultaneously, you have a professional problem of presenting the correct perspective of the person whom you are interviewing. If you are tall intellectually you should have the courage to put his correct perspective honestly, without twisting facts.
