- essa eh uma demonstração de um grande trompetista executando uma peça dificil com bastande presteza.
this one is a demonstration of a great trumpeter performing a number s a lot harder with alacrity.
Anyone who plays trumpet knows how really inhumanly perfect Allen Vizzutti is. In my fondest dreams I could never hope to pull off this kind of amazing musicality and I have been playing for over 30 years. What you are witnessing here is the exercise of a God given gift.
Nope just the the dedication he puts in all the hours he worked for all that
As a trumpet player myself I can attest he is amazing. But then i see like Sergei nakrariakov or arturo Sandoval or Rafael madez or so many others who are amazing as well and I think to myself maybe I could get there eventually lol I'm only 13 years into practice so.....
I'm pretty sure he worked and trained for what he has
The awkward moment when Vizzutti plays higher than the piccolo trumpet.
It's all in the mustache...
the trumpet players in this ensamble look humbled
In my opinion, this is Allen's best performance of this piece that I have seen on the internet EVER. There used to be a better quality version out there but I cannot seem to locate it.
You're correct. This is the best version online. And there was another one once uploaded to UA-cam at some time. I think it had millions of views.
He takes the Clarke version and complicates it so much that it’s now like 20x harder than the arbans one
Music starts at 1:30, just to make it easier to listen to this incredible performance :D
4:56 it is too easy for him. He had some fun
those slurs in the beginning never cease to amaze me.
I second that comment. He is too good to be a mere mortal.
ALLEN VIZZUTTI, sem dúvida alguma é um dos maiores trompetistas do universo musical. Bravos Vizzutti
One Word Says it All..... WOW.
Just today I asked him what his highest note was, and he said "the double high E flat."
Santa Clara Vanguard played a double E natural, interesting that they topped the range of a World class professional trumpeter.
there's more to trumpet virtuosity than playing high notes.
Gentry HOLY SHIT YOU SAID IT THE FUCKING MADMAN UOU SAID IT HOLY SHIT SOUND THE ALARMS
@@Kamoojaan The idea of high notes being the end all be all of trumpet is seen more, from my experience, in grade school, and early college. After that, the players that have noticeable success in their careers are the ones who actually developed their technique. After that, range is just the more expensive icing you put on the cake when you want to be fancy. That's clearly demonstrated with this arrangement.
@@minormusicians595The difference also being that Vizzutti's is insanely pure. There's a video of him doing it online with one hand and no strain at all. The Double E in DCI sounds like shit
Absolutely amazing!!
really incredible, formidable!!
3:14 is the best part in my opinion
No, dude....thats a Bb and some HUGE BALLS (not to mention a shit-ton of air support)!
Holy ^%$@^%#! I could never move my fingers that perfectly...especially where the 3rd valve is concerned.
whats wrong with that person who clicked dislike
1 person didn't get invited to the carnival
EPIC!
Excellent
impresionante.
Wow!
Is he the greatest American trumpet virtuoso?
Allan Birmantas maybe world best
Who be dat stupid o peopolo who dislike perfection in the form of sound
1:31
DID ANYONE ELSE SEE THAT RANDOM PICCOLO TRUMPET?
@pure1312ownage whats random about it?
Must be a clarinet player.
Horn57 ?? No??
Dude...
Wynton disliked it
wyntons was far superior
That piclo trumpet was sticking out
A little over the top for that piece. Om though. :/
No...Its a piccolo trumpet. Notice the 4 valves and how high it plays? But personally for me the biggest clue that its a piccolo trumpet is the fact that it looks exactly like a piccolo trumpet. 3:11
Homie this thing is a B-flat trumpet. The size, shape, lower register, and there is no forth valve.
@@log9705 He's talking about the guy in the ensemble behind Vizzutti who is playing a piccolo trumpet. It's the guy who looks like Patton Oswalt.
