I don't know how you can strech your hand to reach these distant notes with one hand. It looks so easy. For me it hurts like hell to make the G-Bb-Eb-G and the A-C-F-A. Do we need oversized hands to play that song? Where did you get the music sheet? I think that mine is not accurate.
It's not an easy song, especially ecause Supertramp, and Rodger as an individual's music was/is so complex in music, meanning and lyrics. It always was meant for an orchestra- so capturing iton one keyboard isn't easy. I dont think ive ever even seen Rodger himself try to do that.
The second chord, once the lyrics/singing starts, you play a D in the bass with a Dminor chord in your right hand, that is painfully wrong. (among other things,) Dont use the D in the bass, use an A just as you did in the first chord keep the Dminor in your right hand. That's the way Roger intended the beautiful second chord to be. Good stuff and I always enjoy your interpretation on Supertramp.

Hi! You can see by the date that this video was recorded and uploaded 10 years ago. Back then, UA-cam restricted the lenght of the videos to 10 minuts maximum. It's not like nowadays, where there's no restricition (as far as I know). That's why I was playing faster than the original recording, because I tried to record the whole song in less than 10 min. However, if you listen to the live versions of this song, you'll find that in both Supertramp and Roger Hodgson's solo concerts this song is often played this way. Have a nice day!
Hola, me parece que esta decentemente ejecutada, pero a manera de critica constructiva, creo que le faltaba mas tiempo de estudio, mas practica, tiene detalles como errores de dedo, tambien de repente aceleras el tempo o lo alentas, claro, como no hay nadie mas que vos tocando, comprendo que no hay una referencia, pero aun asi hay momentos en los que se te iba el tempo. Pero vamos, se oye bien, y me da gusto que tengas ese buen gusto por musica bien pensada.
Your cover is very good, however I think that you focus a lot on the technique, instead on the emotion, the feeling that the song projects, try to balance between both, just my humble opinion :)
