Yes, I saw the book “The Artist’s Way” while visiting at someone’s home recently and so I definitely need to get this book; I use to draw a lot when I was younger but haven’t had time ( or rather I should say made time) to get back to drawing, but I will now; thank you Anthony & continued blessings to you for your motivational talks!!

Edit: just did the exercise the way you recommended and wow it was so beautiful. I did it while playing a crown chakra frequency and beautiful words flowed out. I had been beating myself up for being an awful person based on negative unwanted thoughts but this has totally been one of the ingridients to reframing my self-concept amd inner child wounds. Its funny you mention writing pages, I felt compelled to buy a notebook and started writing down my random thoughts. Some of it is incoherent but most of it is positive affirmations or things I'd like to attract, or just little phrases I hear or think of that stick with me. Its been so helpful and makes me feel less stuck and less heavy. Writing makes me feel lighter and helps me process difficult things more easily. I recommend it for anyone going through or trying to process trauma.
