Thank you. This hit deep. Last night I had to call the crisis hotline because I've reached my deepest low. I have positive plans, and I'm steering in the right direction, but I just could not translate the torment I've suffered through for months. This popped up at just the right time. I am going to be my true purpose and save my own life now. There is too much good to live for, and so many positives in my life. Living alone after abandonment from the person I trusted and loved the most, has been eating me away for too long. I'm so happy I didn't end it all, because my life matters, and my people and structures care for me. I need to constantly remind myself of these things and do my best to avoid the downward spiral of self-destruction because it haunts and taunts me day to day. This was the message that I needed to stop adding nails to my coffin, but to start removing them instead. Thank you Wisdom Nuggets. Yes, ignoring the signs and doing same unhappy things will waste our time also remember it it only wasting you valuable life. Take the new sign and follow it. I have realized it after 20 years. I feel stagnant right now and I’m racking my brain for opportunities to change my life for the better and find what I want and need. I felt like this in montana, waiting to move to a new state. Then when I moved I felt like life was flowing smoothly for the first few months. Now I’m on month four I think and I have the same feeling. So glad I found this. It’s a definite sign that I’ve taken on far too much in life, and I’m experiencing some body malfunctioning. I’d learnt intuitive vibrational healing a few years ago, spent time helping and providing healing to people that I worked with and others that had come into my life. And now I’ve developed functional neurological disorder, fibromyalgia and spinal cord injury from a waterskiing accident. My mind, body and psyche are out of sync and I need to align them. I sit and meditate everyday and feel I have chakra blockages that need flushing to remove stagnant energy. It was only through sitting quietly & meditation, that I realised these things. So coming across this video wasn’t a coincidence. Thanks 🙏
I was talking to my Grandma last night and she taught me how to better forgive others. Because what happened isn't okay. It hurt badly. But it happened. And admitting to myself those things and then letting it go to God helps a lot more than acting like it was okay. It also helps me forgive myself for the mistakes I made when I was younger.
