Might be worth factoring in weapon blessing interactions, might shift some of the rankings around. Like having uncanny strike stacks allows the shredder frags to melt crusher waves , and also allows zealot knives to massively chunk through carapace targets. And its not at all inconvenient to run or stack. That IMO pushes frags to the top next to knives, both over kraks.
Edit: I was wrong about the weapon Blessings, I found some videos going over it, and I was wrong about their interactions. I found that the increased AOE on the bolt pistol blessing do apply outside of the weapon. This new info to me does change the frag to be S tier. I was simply un-aware of their interactions. I personally still think Kraks are the best simply because I personally do not think its vet's job to cover for CC. This is more so a build argument. Vet excels at team support, and anti-elite more so than any other class, so to put vet on CC job, at least to me, feels like a waste. Given the your Psyker, or even Zealot are far better quipped to handle CC. That is personally why I dislike Frag. 1 frag even with buffs can not kill a single gunner, shotgunner, or regular elite. Unless you chuck at least 2-3 of them, they will still be standing. I personally want the guarantee that they die via krak. Frag really only excels in very very thick horde situations. (Bleed also decays a bit too fast, so you need to chuck at least 2 in rapid successions to keep the stacks up "Twined blast"/RNG) (Also since the bleed changes to armor, it is weak to carapace, and without any anti-armor, will only do little over 60 dmg a tick to them, unless modded further.) And if you are getting that horded already, you probably have a bad psyker personally. I see the value, but personally I can not hop on the frag bus, because its opposite to vet's target priority. which means he is weaker to the threats he should be more capable of killing. Perhaps the bolt pistol makes up for it in some ways, but idk. I just a different build I will have to get used to, and perhaps see the real reason as to why over krak.
