  • One of the most common questions I am seeing for the Zwift Academy is how do I schedule these rides into my training week? If you don’t have much experience following or building structured plans, it may be overwhelming to try to figure out things like periodization, proper recovery, and build strategies. In this video, I try to give you some very basic principles to look at your own training week and ensure you are placing the workouts strategically to facilitate improved performance and optimal recovery.
