I totally agree with your view on tipping. A lot of places give subpar service , but still feel entitled to a tip👎🏽
Exactly….Like I believe in tipping and have even tipped even when I didn’t think I should at times but I had to draw the line with that one. It was sooo disappointing 😔.
Some restaurants want you to tip at the drive thru and when picking up curbside 🫤

I’m sorry but I do NOT tip unless it’s warranted. I have learned the importance of setting boundaries when it comes to people pleasing. I used to stress myself out trying to make people happy. I’m getting so much better at telling people no AND being ok with it. Less stress and less anxiety.
👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Exactly, I’m all for tipping but not for poor service. I always leave a tip and now it’s expected even with terrible service m. I’m not for that, especially since I’m such an easy customer to deal with. Yeeeesss, that part! Saying just a simple “No” and leaving it there will lift so much pressure off of you. It took me years to say “No” without a follow up reason. Like why was it so hard to do/say before? Especially knowing that No is the answer and that I’m not obligated to give a reason or excuse…whew game changer 🥰. Cheers to you for eliminating the unnecessary stress and anxiety in your life. The recovering people pleasing group meetings will be held next week for us🤣🤣

I believe in tipping and have shown some of my tips on this channel but I couldn’t justify tipping for poor service. We have to draw the line somewhere and that was it for me. I don't like people asking for tipping and I don't like electronic tipping for kiosks especially when some places guilt-trip you into tipping "the kitchen." Going back to asking for tipping, I had an experience where my friend and I went to this popular restaurant right before they closed for lunch but we knew it was about to close so we asked if they wanted to stop accepting customers. They begrudgingly told us to come in and rushed us through our meal, and because of that we didn't tip. We sent back our payment for our meal and they came back with our receipt and asked us out loud full-chested for a tip like we made an oopsie and forgot lol. I haven't been to that restaurant since and I don't recommend it when folks ask about it; I'm that petty. But asking for a tip when you give subpar service??? Now now...
I’m sorry sorry that happened to you. It definitely is unsettling when they try to put you on the spot. Like, if I meant to leave a tip, I would’ve sir/ma’am! I’m all for tipping and have showcased me tipping on this channel before BUT this new age tipping is out of control. Tipping should not be expected for poor services. ☹️

I Agree about tipping culture every one expects a tip no matter what service they give! Its ridiculous! Also I prefer shopping in person for clothes i like to know how the fabric feels on my skin and how it looks on my body plus retail may be a dying bread I'm trying to keep some of the jobs alive lol..
Very ridiculous indeed..make u wanna just stay home lol 😂. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy tipping for services received especially to workers in hospitality (we have sooo many spots here in Orlando that the service is 🤌🏾✨, we overtip every time we go)….but Baybee the asking for a tip is a new 1 for me especially when the service was 🚮. Keeping jobs alive, see now that’s a spin on retail because I didn’t look at it that way. Maybe I need to shop in person a lil more often. Thank u for shedding light on this perspective for me 😉
Those houses were crazy overpriced! The fixtures and grouting were low quality, everything seemed to have been put in with the idea of buying the cheapest. They are out of their minds with those prices!
If you can rent a smaller place and save money, that sounds like the optimum. Those apartments at the end were cute. The two bedroom looked spacious :)
@KnittyKnut Yeah, we totally agree with you. This housing market is way overpriced 📈. We will keep searching between now and time to renew our lease and see what makes the most sense for us. Totally down for saving more money even if that means a temporary new spot before purchasing. Really like liked that 2 bedroom and the price🤌🏾✨💕
