I struggled for decades with lower back pain. After having an accident due to a wave, I came across Egoscue method through the book Life Force by Tony Robbins. So I started immediately after the accident doing the exercises mentioned in the video. Consequently, I truly got better within two days. And now I m pain free for more than 21/2 years. Outstanding method. Keep doing it every day since.
Attended a Pete Egoscue class many years ago in '97. Then we had his team come to an event for our clients in 2017. I received personal attention for my foot surgery recovery. I love how the Egoscue method makes one present to little nuances and makes one aware of shifts in body balance- I am a doctor and have cured chronic headaches by simply advising correction of posture!

What are this specific exercises for? (ie are they for "low back pain", or "shoulder pain" or headaches" etc) This may be a silly basic question but I would really appreciate if someone could share the answer with me.
I have length difference between my both legs ,mostly 1/2 inches,but that brings more weight on my left leg which is lengthy, how to balance both legs length?
Hello. May seem like a silly question, but I suffer from extreme foot & knee & hip pain, so standing is difficult. Would it be possible to do the arm exercises in a seated position?
It's for posture, abdominal strength, arm strength, breathing, and energizing and maybe more. You may have tensed up when you did the exercises. You may not have used the correct form. Maybe you held your head forward a little, and that would cause neck pain. Nevertheless, you may need to do a more relaxing type of exercise to resolve your neck pain problem. Consider these things.

What am I doing wrong if when I do the last exercise makes my sciatica kick in?
