So happy to find this video after Life Mastery want to integrate it in my daily practice and kept forgetting it after UPW!! Integrate it in my yoga practice to start with - keep check the position of the feet throughout the practice - love it!! Thanks to Brian Bradley for sharing it!!
Thank you Brian! I was at Tony Robbins' UPW Singapore 2019 when you demo'd this. It has helped improve my posture and my breathing. I look and feel great.
Yup - I was at that same UPW - and a virtual one this year, then Life Mastery and DWD. Thanks for Egoscuing us all the way through. It takes me a while to build a habit!
I beeen doing the exercises all mornings my digestion improve and the inflammation is gone . My posture is improving also my energie . Thank you very much ! Brian
These brilliant exercises helped me to keep pain at bay, caused by the loss of lordosis and herniated disc in my cervical spine. I have noticed a visible improvement and strength in my torso so my poor neck is much better supported. Thank you!
This is crazy. You don't even move an inch and you're breathing like you just did a spirit! This had to be good. Boobs and shoulder blades feel taunt and exercised after the first time! Thanks, Brian.
Gotta say, these are the best exercises ever! Learned about this method at Ultimate Breakthrough January 2022 and boy do they make a difference! Posture improved, and love handles are reduced quickly. Thank you Brian for providing these! Much 💕 from Maine, USA!
You are the best!!! I was in such a pain (to many days/hours slouching in the front of my PC & cell phone, and TV). Great instructions. Thank you for sharing this video :) Bless you :)
Love these Brian! Been doing them every day since our Instagram Live Interview together. The next day I strained my left trapezius muscle while surfing and even though these exercises seemed counterintuitive to the healing and yoga exercises I do for these kinds of injuries, I did these exercises every day for the last week and the pain got a lot better!
Amazing difference - 5years ago had my R grand toe joint fused, toe was reinstalled crooked and points up. Messed with my gait, hips, posture. This combo really helps.
Great thank you! Love all the exercises , been someone who has been doing a lot functional training for the past years , and had great benefit moving away from retraction work, I find more benefit working with protraction and also I would emphasise more thoracic movement on the stationary sprint, so less arm movement , no saying the arms would move but the priority would be torso rotation
Omg I just came across this video and did this for a few minutes. My body feels less tense. I can only imagine how I'd feel if I get myself to stick to this daily. Smh can't believe something as silly as this actually helps.I now have a slight tingly sensation over my body that feels good.
Hi Brian: Great video. I had a question about the air bench -- if we are supposed to push the lower back against the wall, doesn't this flatten the natural lumbar curve the other e-cises are intended to accentuate? Thank you.
Brian, I think I need this. I have PHN from Shingles and have a couple of injuries to my spine. One is lower spine from CAR ACCIDENTs & THE L2345. With my PHN and the Pain of the slipped discs, I really need all the help I can get. Thanks for making this available.
First thing I do in the morning is drink some lemon water, rinse, lay on short nap carpet knees bent 2 minutes, you might feel a pop in your back. bring one knee at a time to chest then with back flat on floor pivot both bent knees left to right.
I had a question for Brian Bradley in this one. If humans currently have the tendency to let the thoracic be the driver rather than the pelvis, how is this sprint retraining the pelvis to be the prime mover?
i've forwarded your question to brian, and he replied that when he has time to answer your question, he would answer it and forward it onto me for me to forward it onto you
Pointing directly forward as opposed to your toes pointing either outwards or towards each other. It will also mean your feet are parallel with each other.
@thetajicentre, it sounds like you have similar feet to mine - mine are triangular, with ball of foot MUCH broader than heels. So my questions is does "feet parallel" mean the outer edges are parallel (so inner edges are seriously pigeon-toed), or the inner edges are parallel? I go for somewhere in between, and it works fine.
Appears to be very much martial arts / yoga based on all the movements. Except the back posture, where it is to round the lower end near the tail bone as if you were seated like in Tai Chi principles. In fact almost all of the movements are in Tai Chi. Great instructions nonetheless from a Western perspective.
True, bodyweight exercises only work if you're very weak. Squats, deadlifts, ohp, bench press on the other hand offer significant results. In most gyms you can't even do deadlifts in such a way that allows you fast progress you have to limit yourself to don't bother others when you put the weight down and not talking about squat racks with a max weight load of 140kg, lol.

Woot!
What's so special about these exercises?
:)
why he so short lmao
These stuff doesn't makes you stronger.
dude, its for posture, specifically correcting posture, which in many cases is the root cause of many musculoskeletal problems.
3:58 (Ultimate abdominal exercise) That's definitely bs.
LOL. . . if you sit on your arse all day - it would be. Let's not be too judgemental.
