Thanks for the video! I just checked the 500 Yen Shop, I would definitely like better wheels for my Dambar, and they were saying shipping to the US would be 125000 yen. About $900. Seems a bit steep.
Who said that much for shipping?? Did the guys at MKT Japan (500yenshop) quote you that? Or the seller of the listing? That’s extremely steep. Most I paid was $220 for shipping. Something isn’t right lol. Go to the 500yenshop Facebook page and post a question there about it. One of the guys will take care of you cuz no way $900 is right 🤔
@@OhKeiGarage In the auction there is a "calculate cost" button where it asks how much it weighs and where it's going and gives you a cost. That's what I was using. I don't use Facebook but I'll try contacting them.

Is Kie Chan lowered? Do you think the 15s give you better top speed than the 13s? And, the final question for 200 points, do you think the added weight of the larger wheels and tires makes any difference?.
yes lowered on 15's and just depends on the overall size of the tire i guess, not so much the wheel. and yes it adds weight so maybe a little harder to turn them off the start but once it's moving it's not so much of an issue.

So whats the max specs for a 15 inch wheel? Without using a spacer? And what specs will need a spacer? And where would i get the spacers from?

I’ve watched a number of your videos while I wait for my ‘96 Sambar. Question: I have a set of 14x6 rims with a 38 offset. Is that similar to your van? If so, did you have to use spacers and what tire size did you go with?
no spacers on the van. don't know the details off hand but i can try and look what the wheels were when i bought them. 14x6 is all i know and the tires are 165/60/14. no rubbing, not even close being lowered
Dude those 13's with the off-road tires!! Are those the B85's? 13 x 5.0J + 47 PCD 1 10 PCD114.3 size 155 -65- R13 4 Think I found a set in silver and want them bad lol. Want to make sure these are the right ones lol.
Sorry also did you need spacers for them?
if they are sparcos then i'm sure it the same ones, they only made one size and offset, only thing that changes is the bolt patterns. with the forceum no spacers needed although i ran them anyways to make the tires more flush with the body.

With the 13” forecum tires, do you have to lift the truck or can you keep it stock height without rubbing?
might have to lift it, the tires are taller than the stock ones

@@s16non actually that one has spacers. 1/2” spacers I think. It rubbed the frame in the back. Front touched the coils slightly. So gonna need spacers 🤙🏻

ya someone found that other subaru studs fit, id have to find that write up
