Miki Pancit Bihon Guisado
Ingredients:
*1 1/2 package (8 ounces ) dry miki noodles
*2 1/2 package (8 ounces) Bihon noodles
canola oil
5 cups chicken stocks
*1 big white onion
6 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
4 stalks of celery
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thigh meat, diced
*5 large carrots, peeled and julienned
*1 small cabbage, chopped
2 bell pepper, chopped
1 package snow peas or chicharo
*1/2 cup oyter sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 package anatto powder
*salt and pepper to taste
*green onions, chopped
*lemon, cut into wedges
*3 tbsp white sugar
1 tbsp vinegar

wahhhh.....daming asukal....isang tasa yata yan.....matamis....saka dapat po may kaldo na pinagpakuluan ng buto buto ng bsboy at manok ...para mas malasa....and no atsuwete...di nmn luglog yan eh😅
Wala naman kasi kaming mabili na buto-buto sa aming lugar. Di binebenta ng mga butcher. Isang kawa kasi na pancit ang niluto ko kaya marami ring sugar. Adjust na lang po ang sugar according to your preference. Gusto kasi ng mga customer kong mga Canadian ay makulay kaya nilagyan ko ng atswete.

Yes instead na tubig sabaw ng chicken bones mas masustansya din kasi. No sugar kasi carbs na yang pancit he he.
kung gagamit kayo ng mga brand na ingredients wag na kayo gagamit ng word na baka naman kc nakakainis, tangkilikin nyo nlng kc para talaga appreciated nyo yung quality ng product naiinis po talaga ako sa baka nman na words!

I tried your recipe, Grace Lifestyle. It was so goooood! The sugar balanced the saltiness of the oyster sauce and the soy sauce. Orientali cooking requires sugar most of the time.
