At isa pang tip, kailangan kulong kulo yong sabaw bago ihulog ang pancit para hindi madaling masira especially pag medyo madami ang niluto. ✌
I love pancit! The only ingredient I will omit/leave out from the recipe is fish sauce. That is my personal preference. I know that in some Asian cultures fish sauce, patis, and bagoong are added to most of their cooking. Pancit looks delicious.

Hindi naman na kc nilaga yong manok kaya walang stick stock po at kaunti lang yong karne ng manok na sinahod kaya prinito nalang po. Okay pa rin naman kahit na tubig nalang meron namang mga pampalasang inilagay. ☺️

That's how I cook my pansit not just for canton but also for bihon. I also add oyster sauce sa veggies, etc. For canton it's also better kung may konti sabaw/sauce para di dry. Happy cooking!
