David Hulsey Now I'm thinking you were that kid who was playing the Switch and the dad came up and joined in on BOTW. I think you were in that commercial, now that I think about it.
UpperRobin29 my parents aren't like that, in surprised they know all the console names (at least most of them) what I find sad is when my dad told me to buy a computer instead of buying a gtx 950 and sticking it into my prebuilt (I bought the gtx 950, sorry dad) and when my parents don't even know the old games they played in there childhood (gradius, super Mario world, ect)

Dad- "Son, what movie are you watching?" Me-"Nah, its not a movie. I am playing Metal Gear Solid 4' Dad-"Stop playing video games and go study!" Me- "-.-"
My mom didn't understand video games so me and my dad sat her down and played some Mario on the original wii, we woke up the next morning and she was just sitting there playing Mario , she hadn't moved the whole night
I love my dad. He is awesome. My first game was burnout on the ps2 then spyro and tomb raider. That was when i was 6-9 years old. Then he showed me grand tourism and i racing when i was around 10 then when i was 11 i started playing games on the ps4 with dad and my first pc game was total war rome then a few weeks later operation flashpoint, cold war assault. It was amazing and so different to games now. There was a mission where you are captured and escape using the stars to navigate. Then he gave me an old box of games like swat, max payne, crisis and half life when i was 12. For my 13th birthday i got titan fall 2 for my pc and bought myself arma 3. Over the next few months i bought and played games such as heroes and generals, gmod, war face, total war Warhammer and here i am today, i bought this war of mine yesterday and the apex dlc. Gaming is great and so is my dad.
My mom blames video games for everything wrong with the world. World hunger? Video games Terrorism? Video games ALL addictions? Video games Stupidity? Video games Cancer? Video games Failure humans? Video games GOD BLESS VIDEO GAMES I WILL KEEP MY LOVE GOJNG STRONG DESPITE THE HATE
hehehe when my brother or sister has a child i'm gonna give them dark souls and they'll be like "wow thanks uncle!" little do they know i'm going to invade them that night >:D
my grandma introduced me to video games. she is the reason i play video games one day she called me to the TV and showed me she was playing Mario world 3 and i was thinking this is the worst cartoon ever till she showed and explain you control Mario. i was surprised and on the road being a gamer. By the way she beats me in mortal kombat, tekken and street fighter. she had a rule who ever wins controls the TV for that day. i was like cool i will control the TV forever i was so wrong.
red1108x Your grandma sounds like the coolest lady. My first experience with video games is when I was in a foster home. A kid had a Nintendo 64 with Mario 64 and he wouldn't let me play.
red1108x One of mine gave my brother and I her Sega Genesis and went out and bought a new one for herself. She introduced me to Earthwoom Jim and Vector Man. XD
When I started playing video games, I played on my Nintendo DS a lot. Mario kart and more. Then my Dad introduce me to PC gaming, steam. Most of his games were war and strategy games. One which wasn't a war game, stood out the most which was half life, the 1st one. I absolutely loved it. As I got older, I made my own steam account and Dad introduced me to half life 2, left 4 dead and mass effect. He then gave me his steam library. Coolest Dad ever.
if i'll ever have a child i will raise a Fallout kid. When he buys Fallout 12 i will tell him the tale of the vault dweller and tge chosen one, the NCR and the Leigion, the Commonwealth and.. Presto Garveys setrelments
ohhh so lock them in a tiny room until they piss themselves and starve to death as their brother drowns in the pool outside? ... maybe I shouldn't treat my children like my sims....
I was once scolded for playing gta at age of 12..cause my dad thought it would make me "violent" and he took my controller and started killing people and then winked at me and i was like.... Uhh... Daad... Thts my x box..
Im fourteen and basically what i did to help my previously conservative parents to understand my love for video games was just getting them to watch me play them. I introduced them to some of the really great stories in games like The Witcher 3. I also showed them some of the strategy and skill involved with things like the combat system and crafting/alchemy. And what really got them into some of the games (especially the Witcher series) were the characters. It was at this point where they started making connections like"oh, she kinda looks like Angelina Jolie!" and "man, he kinda sounds like batman!". Later on i showed them some less story oriented games like Battlefield's multiplayer. This was a bit harder to explain. My mom in particular was freaked out that i was killing people. The most common statement was " Ewwww blood just came out of that one" and "I don't know if i like this one, this could make him violent" (speaking to my father). But luckily i dabble in a little bit of competitive gaming with such games and I showed them some of the strategies and such i use with my friends to win. This gave them a connection to sports, which is what they really wanted me to do. In the end they finally understood, even if it wasnt very well my undying love for video games. They are now at least a little more understanding with why i spend so much time alone on my computer playing games and talking with people through a headset. Just if you were curious :D
yea thats why it was good i was lucky enough to choose the games they saw me playing. I guess to make the best impression possible. That really is hard though, i completely understand. My parents would look almost disgusted sometimes when they would see me on games before they actually sat down with me to look deeper into them.
Pez Your lucky you can play M games lol, I'm 15 and I still cant play any M games, I just play them without their knowing about it but it would be a lot easier if I could just play it.
Stirling Hancock i had that same problem until about last year. Its really just a matter of being lucky with your parents. I dont even know what changed to let me play them, it just kindve happened lol
wish my parents would be like that I mean my dad is cool with games but my mom is a whole different story and I don't know how to start with introducing games to my mom
My dad is a gamer since I was born (I'm 24 btw) and trust me, is not that good, my birthday presents were videogames that he ended playing more than me...
my parents don't care if I game when my dad comes he says hello to me and sits on the coutch and watches me playin games like gta5 he is like dis game gud
I am very happy how my parents handle my gaming hobby. They try to understand. A Year ago or so my Father came in the room while I was playing half life : episode 2 and he asked if he could try. He actually helpt me progress. I have the feeling he still doesn't understand what I like about games, but he does want to make me happy and he sees Thatcher games do make me happy, so he's oke with it
Frodofan My step dad likes sports a lot, and after we met he started trying to play games with me so now I have random sports games that I wouldn't have gotten into if he didn't have the initial interest. He's pretty terrible at games though
Frodofan back when I played CoD ghosts non stop my dad said we wanted to try to beat me (I won 100-0) and he only asked to play one other time. A couple months back he asked to play rocket league against me so I let him and he ended up breaking my controller and tv out of rage, it was pretty shitty
Frodofan my dad and step dad get it but moms they're all like "pause it" me "it's online" mom "so can't u just pause it" me "no" mom " STOP TALKING BACK! JUST PAUSE IT OR ITS GOING IN THE TRASH" me *turns it off mom "DONT BE A SMART ASS"
I don't think I would strap my kid facing my computer. Babies projectile vomit a lot. I would do it for a console just because I would be further away. My $2000 computer... nah they can go in the playpen in the room.
Dude, you mean my family mate, I have parents who have been playing video games since the late 1980s, and let's just say my father was a HUGE fan of the final fantasy series and twisted metal. Nowadays: Plays the crap out of Payday 2, plays some CS, GTA, And has a SLIGHTLY weaker PC than mine. (Can't really compare when I have a Nvidia Geforce GTX 970, and he has an AMD card which I can't remember) I can compare ram tho, Mine: 16 GB, His: 8 GB, Hard drive space: 1TB, Plus we both have external drives, and yes we both use Steam and are on eachother's friends list, mainly so that we can accept eachother's game invites.
Trust me, my family will become commonplace within the next 10 years, infact my 5 year old cousins sort of have the same luck, it's just that instead of gamer parents, they have a gamer cousin.
Brilable tbh I doubt there's going to even be a gta 6, it's going to be gta online 2 or something online, there's already an actual difference between the online mode and story mode(it's called gta 5 and gta online as if they're two different games) so I doubt there's going to be another single player offline story mode gta, it'll all probably eventually be just a gta online
Mojtaba Mortada Im not gonna lie, there's some truth to that. I have a friend that plays Infinite warfare everyday all day, and in school, he watches Infinite warfare videos. He failed 2 classes this year.
Philipp Jurasic That's what I said! But the training happens in CSGO cause dad was bad at that game and you have to make up for him. Live the pro dream he never got!
Timmy: But mommy....I want to play on a console...I want to be one of the console peasants and.... *Mommy slaps and hits the kid around a few times until some blood comes out of his nose...* Mommy: What did we say about using the C word? NO SON OF MINE IS GOING TO BE A FUCKING CONSOLE PEASANT...NOW GET IN THERE AND START PLAYING LOL OR ELSE YOUR ASS IS GOING TO THE WOOD CHIPPER AGAIN!!!.... Tommy: No...please not the wood chipper again....NOT AGAIN!!!....
My dad taught me to read with video games like Banjo-kazooie & earthbound. As well as giving me nightmares from Dungeon keeper 2. We always swap steam accounts now, he also makes me creates ALL of his avatars (Skyrim, Fallout 4, etc).
When my pawpaw was alive and I use to play Xbox 360 I would talk to my friends which I had he would tell me where are they from and he will say ask them kids where are they and I told my friend and he told me California and I told my pawpaw and he would talk about it to my other family in a voice in exited saying JoJo talking to kids in California
an extra one would be to help your kid build his/her first gaming PC and also not forcing him/her to like a platform, if they are into PS so be it, if they are into Xbox so be it
or you could introduce them to the good old consoles and when they show more interest in one continue from there like oh look he likes nintendo more ok uses the nintendo consoles, etc
or maybe he doesn't like playing games and rather does sport? Idk about you but I'd rather have my kids play outside than have them 24/7 on the couch like a fat ass.
My son recently bought the remastered maps for Black ops 3, he told me how he was struggling at the map "Moon" so I sat down with him and helped him learn the maps and show himself some tricks. It's a great way to bond with your children.
Dino Dare: Steam has a feature called "Family Library Sharing". With that you can give up to 5 people in your steam friends list access to you steam library. However only 1 person can use the library at the same time. (Though there are some ways around that)
All of us have had somewhat strict to little strict parents that didn't like us playing games most of our time. But all of us will be gaming parents who will teach our younglings how to play super Mario.
Really? That's weird. Every single one of my peers, and I mean everyone with maybe 2 exceptions has a smartphone. They tend to be really expensive as well. The only one I know for a fact doesn't have one is me. And that's because I don't want one and tell my parents not to bother getting me one because I will not use it.
I just made my parents watch me, and they loved it. Especially with great story driven games like nier automata and some fun games like infamous second son
Panquaker man I wish my parents would at least give me a chance to make them play, you know when I offer them to play they all of the sudden have a lot of things to do
Personally, i am an 11 year old, and all my life i have had family that are at least kinda into games, so that really helped me find the awesome world OF video games, i had a ps3 when I was 3 and started off with lego games, which really kickstarted my passion, when i was like 6 or 7 (yes 6 or 7) i played my first "inappropriate game" it was uncharted 3. So now it's been almost 5 or 6 years since then, i have played SO MANY games, Doom, Fallout 4, Skyrim, Uncharted 2 and 4 on crushing, Overwatch, the witcher 3 GOTY, L.A. Noire, TLOZ : TP, TLOZ : MC, TLOZ : BOTW, MGS 3, MGS 5, and so many more, so to any gamer parents, please take this as an example, a good one Like if you agree
Heh, my GRANDMOTHER bought me a gaming PC, the only thing wrong with it: The GPU became outdated after a few years, so I had to get myself a Nvidia Geforce GTX 970. (It's a huge upgrade from a GT 640, which was a pretty decent card at the time I bought the PC)
My son has been gaming since he was 4, he is 8 as of writing this. They've actually help out a lot with his reading and vocabulary. I think people underestimate how much reading is involved in video games.
Gta how much I hate my family and family love it is my family and my dad my life woman who was in a woman and my woman woman who is my life woman woman who toy story with to family and family love love it doesn't
Konrad Lindebjerg is the best team to play with a team of players and the team that came and play a role model for their role model for a young age to play a role and the way of being on their mind when the team has been on the field w the way you want a good friend to have to keep you on a level of difficulty
I showed my dad Rocket League and he really thought it was simulating a suicide bombing because of how the ball blows up when it goes into the goal ugh parents 😂
I played through the three original halos on the master chief collection with my nephew when I was living with my sister , he's actually not bad ! It's like I passed my favorite series onto him and it's so cool to see it spark his interest. His dad is a huge gamer and he likes playing the lego games a lot, but when his uncle comes over we play the horror games together, halo, old school crash bandicoot, half life 2, and ssx to name a couple. I love playing games with my nephew it's the best feeling in the world to inspire a young mind to play great games and to prepare him for a new era of insane video games.
When i was younger my mother handed me a nes controller and played super mario with me and after a while she gave me her old gameboy and gameboy color. Then my father played tekken and some racing games on the ps1 with me and after a while I was better than my family and no one wants to play videogames with me . Now they can't underatand why i want new games all the time and they're thinking I'm wasting my life. By the way I'm 14 years old now.
My godkids love watching their parents and I play games. Have been teaching the two eldest how to play some of the more basic stuff and it is having an amazing effect on them. They're learning how to problem solve, co-operate with each other, their reaction times are getting amazing and more.
My dad (I'm 17 and he's well, don't remember the number, but he was born in '69) has helped me grow up a gamer and I've gotten him to play with me sometimes. Really it started when the Wii came out originally and we would race each other in Mario Kart a lot trying to beat each other. Then when I was 11 or so my step-brother introduced me to Steam and Counter Strike: Source. I've logged over a thousand hours on that and have played against my dad who in high school would play Doom and Quake with his friends for hours on end, and now I beat him at CS:S. Even tried to het him to do a Minecraft Survival Mode World with me but he just hasn't really figured out all that yet, while I am entrenched in it all and know just about every crafting recipe because, you know, PC gamers are the truest race of gamers (lolz), but I feel like he really does connect with some of it all and understands that gaming is my escape from reality for a little while and he has always tried to help me play games and get stuff for games like when I played Wizard 101 when I was younger and when I played Combat Arms for awhile a couple years ago. He's helped make me the good gamer I am today, and for that I am thankful. To all the parents that may watch this video, the best thing you can do to connect with your child that is a gamer is not to just get them a new game and let them stay in their room playing it, but to sit down for a while and play it with them, let them explain stuff you might not understand to you, and most of all, have fun with your kid/s.
one thing my dad does is turn on his game console and then ignore us hahaha he hates all of us and only stays cause he dosent want to be the bad guy hahaha
That front harness was the first year of my sons life since i played games like Elder Scrolls Online and the scenery and colors always kept my son in awe. Also i had a parent that even to this day swears up and down they don't play video games but is on level 2000 and something in candy crush so i always just played without them knowing due to criticism and hate but my son will know the joy of talking to someone on the other side of the world and learning what other places are really like and the people that live there and their traditions. (If you couldn't tell i'm a mmorpg player mainly)
For the kiddos

my parents will never understand that I can't pause a online game...

Dad: " Hey can you take out the trash after that game"
Me: "yup"
thinking to myself: "fuck yeah, this game just started too"
Juan rodriguez
My parents do thankfully, my dad is a gamer, and I have told my mum that you can't pause online
if you think about it future children are so lucky because chances are their parents will understand more about gaming and how a kid feels about it.
+Gyorke Dani I agree because children of today are spending lots of time themselves and they're gonna be the parents of a new generation of people.
Gyorke Dani I was just about to say the same thing
Gyorke Dani I played for 5+ hours every day after school
No because in the future who the fuck knows what people will do
My parents r like f u and ur games
It has taken many years of training, but we have successfully trained a mother to understand that there are games that cannot be paused.
You have done well.
You have done the impossible
god i wish even with my stepdad being a gamer when it all started she still cant get it :(>

Family 2: We've passed down this steam account for generations. XD
Is the "XD" included with family 2 or is that yours?
I'll probably give it to my sister. But the issue is I don't want my login out there before I die and when I'm dead it may be too late.
just write your steam login in your will or a death note
my account is from my dad, it's probably older than me

I managed to convince my parents that video games don't make you violent which was a pretty big accomplishment at the time.
Nice job. Working on that myself.
Pearl Vesper best thing to do is found a ton of videos and articles on why they don't make you violent then present a bunch of evidence and work from there.

Passing down your Steam library to your kid is like passing down your will.
yup that library is the reason we have will to live we've given so much Money to gaben but it was the will to live so....WORTH IT
what steam needs is a kids mode a way to let your kid use your steam account but they cant download certain games from it
oh oh oh, or you could pass down your steam library IN your will. That would be bad-ass.

David Hulsey Now I'm thinking you were that kid who was playing the Switch and the dad came up and joined in on BOTW. I think you were in that commercial, now that I think about it.
And here is a 2 year old who is in a gaming platform war true gamers don't argue
According to parents, I'm watching this video on my Nintendo.
ikr
YEET
and according to my parents, watching an e-sport competition is playing that game myself, yes even without my hands on my keyboard and mouse ~
UpperRobin29 my parents aren't like that, in surprised they know all the console names (at least most of them) what I find sad is when my dad told me to buy a computer instead of buying a gtx 950 and sticking it into my prebuilt (I bought the gtx 950, sorry dad) and when my parents don't even know the old games they played in there childhood (gradius, super Mario world, ect)
rythmjc3 Exactly same here
I'd interrupt their game session ...when i feel like its my turn to play boi
Me: *start game of pubg*
Mom: pause your game and unload the dish washer
Me: i can't
Mom: you can
Me: no, mom, i really can't
Mom: why not
Me: its an online game
Mom: can't you still pause it
Me: *triggered*
Son I can't it's online

Son thank you dad
Dad troll him by driving him away from the save zone Hahah
Dad- "Son, what movie are you watching?"
Me-"Nah, its not a movie. I am playing Metal Gear Solid 4'
Dad-"Stop playing video games and go study!"
Me- "-.-"
Shadowxgamer 13 At least in videogames you're actually doing something.
don't you forget about me | they never get that though
SpiralArcGFX and then they both laugh, or the dad gets pissed
Shadowxgamer 13 this happens to me alllll the time!
Shadowxgamer 13 I see you roasting mgs
My mom didn't understand video games so me and my dad sat her down and played some Mario on the original wii, we woke up the next morning and she was just sitting there playing Mario , she hadn't moved the whole night
Firegraph861 That's awesome , GET THIS COMMENT PINNED OR TOP
Firegraph861 O_o
Firegraph861 this is awesome
wow that's cool I wish I could do that with my mom
Don't you mean WII woke up the next morning?
Maxy thrud *Crysis
Nobody cares
So cute! your dad should be able to read this... awesome

Stupidity? Video games
Cancer? Video games
Failure humans? Video games
GOD BLESS VIDEO GAMES I WILL KEEP MY LOVE GOJNG STRONG DESPITE THE HATE
Benjamin Beaudry for real?

Ikr... GOD BLESS VIDEO GAMES *Zelda theme plays as national anthem*
Does she blame games for her stupidity?
Benjamin Beaudry I blame video games for your mother
Gamer parents:
Day 1 : Teaching it all to their children
Day 60 : Play co-op together if not PVP
Day 365 : Being carried by their children
:D
hehehe when my brother or sister has a child i'm gonna give them dark souls and they'll be like "wow thanks uncle!" little do they know i'm going to invade them that night >:D
Magtarix GET HIM AWAY FROM THE CHILDREN, HE'LL RUIN THEM!
The best coming of age trial I have ever heard of. Good job, sir!
Thanks for the parenting advice
Give your kid demon souls and if he doesn't kill himself he can be your son
Pshhh amateurs giving their kids dark souls. PSSHHHH I would give my kid manhunt and watch as their smile slowly fades... No more games sweet;)
my grandma introduced me to video games. she is the reason i play video games one day she called me to the TV and showed me she was playing Mario world 3 and i was thinking this is the worst cartoon ever till she showed and explain you control Mario. i was surprised and on the road being a gamer.
XD
red1108x Judging by you're grammar and spelling. You are a 8-14 and made this story up
red1108x Man you're very fortune. I wish my grandma could be like that
she sounds awesome
Hey, I am not a gaming dad but i HAVE a gaming dad. And that is Awesome!!! I love him! And btw good video!
I have the complete opposite of a gaming dad
I hope my son describes me the same way some day. Lol
You're lucky :)
I sat my dad down and didn't let him get up until he won a game of call of duty against me
The longest 100000 years of your life
Legend has it he's still trying to beat you to this day
XD
Nice but alot of time
When I started playing video games, I played on my Nintendo DS a lot.
X-TheRedDragon-X lets trade parents for a year xD or forever
X-TheRedDragon-X Cool dad
I'm surprised there's no one here yelling cusses at people. Since for some odd reason everyone is doing that here.
so jealous
X-TheRedDragon-X if your girlfriend tells you to leave your dad to go with her
You're leaving a diamond for a rock that is just gonna waste your time
if i'll ever have a child i will raise a Fallout kid. When he buys Fallout 12 i will tell him the tale of the vault dweller and tge chosen one, the NCR and the Leigion, the Commonwealth and.. Presto Garveys setrelments
Gyorke Dani dont forget the enclave and the BoS the railroad and the institute
Gyorke Dani Thanks......
by the time fallout 12 comes out we will be all long dead lol
Gyorke Dani I will raise a elder Scrolls kid
Why play fallout 12 when we will be in fallout by that time
Okay what i've learned from this, treat my children like my "sims"
The microwave it will be.
ohhh so lock them in a tiny room until they piss themselves and starve to death as their brother drowns in the pool outside?
... maybe I shouldn't treat my children like my sims....
Fire Fly so trap them in a pool and than surround the pool with toilets so they can't get out? well... ok
I want my parents to wait for me to finish my ONLINE match. I'm on a damn killstreak... piss off!
I can't pause, mom. I'll microwave the food when I'm done.
PupusaJr when I tell my mom I can't pause an online game she pulls my computer plug.
WolvesTM when I tell that to my parents they get angry
PupusaJr This ALWAYS happens
just say,
give me five mom
i will be there soon!
*after 30 minutes latter*
give me five mom!
I was once scolded for playing gta at age of 12..cause my dad thought it would make me "violent" and he took my controller and started killing people and then winked at me and i was like....
Uhh... Daad... Thts my x box..
4 years old? sad lol
Madis Ilves When i was 4 years old i played Sly Cooper 3 and GTA San Andreas😂
Madis Ilves I played Mortal combat at the age of 5!
I played mortal Lombard at like 2
Anmol Daglaik lmao when I say t my dad it’s my Xbox he says to me it’s mine I bought it little shit :)
SeaDragon Same here. My mom just looks at me weird or ask if I have any friends, or just wonders who I'm talking to
I wish my parents were gamers
404 My mom is, she's played Tetris once day
I wish my mom could use a controller
My dad is a gamer since I was born (I'm 24 btw) and trust me, is not that good, my birthday presents were videogames that he ended playing more than me...
TomSmurf 13 Oh yea I always forget that she's not she has and she is both. Whoops my b
404 wish I had parents 😞
my parents don't care if I game when my dad comes he says hello to me and sits on the coutch and watches me playin games like gta5 he is like dis game gud
Nice’ my parents don’t even let me play Splatoon and that’s when I was 12.
Kojima is my dad, he will ban your Minecraft account
My mom does the console generation progression thing
Like if agree
My mom is Queen of hell
*END SHE DONT LIKE VIDEO GAMES*
lol
The next generation of parents are gonna actually have "video game parents"
Stat Savage you mean us
Dude, you mean my family mate, I have parents who have been playing video games since the late 1980s, and let's just say my father was a HUGE fan of the final fantasy series and twisted metal.
Goin Game Crazy wow... must be fun to play together
Lucky. Do you guys play all these games together? And does he ever rage at you.. lol That must be really fun. You have a cool family I wish I had.
Trust me, my family will become commonplace within the next 10 years, infact my 5 year old cousins sort of have the same luck, it's just that instead of gamer parents, they have a gamer cousin.
"Dad, Whats This Game Called "The Elder Scrolls?"
"My Daughter, Im Going To Tell You A Great Story."
I shall name my firstborn loaderbot
pho3nix borderlands much
i think thats the idea
Jimmy l0aderb0t McFace

Ill take the 750 any day. I HAVE INTEL HD 630!!!!!! IM 13 AND HAVE NO MONEY PLEASE HELP!!!!!
My dad understands gameing because he got the nes on day one ( now I have it ) he played it with my grandmother
The funniest thing was that he said Grand Theft Auto 7 is going to be out in 5 years
i doubt it honestly. 6 probably won't even come out for a couple more years.
rockstar said they won't make gta6 in a least the next 2 years
Brilable tbh I doubt there's going to even be a gta 6, it's going to be gta online 2 or something online, there's already an actual difference between the online mode and story mode(it's called gta 5 and gta online as if they're two different games) so I doubt there's going to be another single player offline story mode gta, it'll all probably eventually be just a gta online
TheDoughtyGamer Rockstar is smart, if they only make Gta Online 2 and not Gta 6, they know that it would fail.
TheDoughtyGamer: GTA VR :)
"You got bad grades? It's all blame to these video games!"
You broke your leg? PLAY LESS VIDEO GAMES!!! ;)
Toorpy no
Mojtaba Mortada,Me: Mom dad, im sick.
Them: Stop playing your Xbox then!!
Yet, when I have a headache and play video games, I feel so much better.
Mojtaba Mortada Im not gonna lie, there's some truth to that. I have a friend that plays Infinite warfare everyday all day, and in school, he watches Infinite warfare videos. He failed 2 classes this year.
Me: Can I get this Skyrim DLC
Mom: How much is it?
Me: 19.99
Mom: *Done*
we all wish to be in a gamer family
IM in a gamers family :D
Random Central lucky
My firstborn will be named Gaben.
BrunkY second son=vonderhaar?
nah, he made call of duty games.
third son: Gordon Freeman
what if it ends up being a girl? Gabenette?
+Gain Game Crazy Gaben will hate him since he's the third son
Parents: "You can watch tv but no video games!!"
Me: "what? Why? But it's the same thing"
Same thing? Except video games are good for your brain. 😎
mommy, mommy, I want the new PS 8
_DAMMIT_ _Timmy_ , I told you PC is the one and only platform!
Now go and train league of legends!
Philipp Jurasic That kid will be so toxic, you will abort it when its 5 xD.
+Philipp Jurasic What do you mean "think"?
Philipp Jurasic That's what I said! But the training happens in CSGO cause dad was bad at that game and you have to make up for him. Live the pro dream he never got!
Bruce Custodio better? 😂
Timmy: But mommy....I want to play on a console...I want to be one of the console peasants and....
*Mommy slaps and hits the kid around a few times until some blood comes out of his nose...*
Mommy: What did we say about using the C word?
ToMaiBetter you are the luckiest person on earth
THAT... is a beautiful thing. Such a lucky kid.
I think it was bile demons, the ones with the ball hanging off there horns. I was only 5 when he first got the game.
I play videogames with my dad
I use to, but my parent just got old and I rekt him to much so he said: STOP!
Leoner
Lucky >_
Lucky my dad Is in another state my mom Is bad and doesnt play so im stuck with friends. At least i have somebody To play with
Lucky one
an extra one would be to help your kid build his/her first gaming PC and also not forcing him/her to like a platform, if they are into PS so be it, if they are into Xbox so be it
or you could introduce them to the good old consoles and when they show more interest in one continue from there like oh look he likes nintendo more ok uses the nintendo consoles, etc
or maybe he doesn't like playing games and rather does sport? Idk about you but I'd rather have my kids play outside than have them 24/7 on the couch like a fat ass.
Dino that's why your kids are gonna be dumbass jocks who fuck with kids half their size for no reason.
Dino Why do you watch a channel about gaming?
My kid probably wouldn't even know the Xbox exist xD.
My son recently bought the remastered maps for Black ops 3, he told me how he was struggling at the map "Moon" so I sat down with him and helped him learn the maps and show himself some tricks. It's a great way to bond with your children.
don't give steam accounts to your kids,
give them your steam inventory,
then they can't ruin your name!
just remove your friends before you give it to them. Problem solved but... the ban problem well that their problem.
Ayden Sturgill whyd you even not parenr your kid well 😂😂😂 id have em listening to "baby" for 3 hours
How do you give your library? If I can do that without giving my login, I'll hand my library down to my little sister.
Dino Dare: Steam has a feature called "Family Library Sharing". With that you can give up to 5 people in your steam friends list access to you steam library. However only 1 person can use the library at the same time. (Though there are some ways around that)
I will have an existential crisis if my child doesn't end up liking video games. Seriously.
Me: Come here, dinner's ready
Kid: I can't, I'm playing online
Me: Oh, ok, take your time then
All of us have had somewhat strict to little strict parents that didn't like us playing games most of our time.
But all of us will be gaming parents who will teach our younglings how to play super Mario.
My mom ONLY plays Mario games. And she gets sad when we won't drop everything and come play Mario Brothers with her.
Dino Dare how old r u
14 years old.
Dino Dare that's why haha. I'm talking about like people 19+
We barley got iPods coming into high school. LoL
Automata? what they said about 2B's... you know XD
Drago 303 hey, they still loved it
Panquaker
they noticed? XP
Panquaker Did you showed them The Last of Us? After watching that you're probably gonna get another sibling
Panquaker man I wish my parents would at least give me a chance to make them play, you know when I offer them to play they all of the sudden have a lot of things to do
People would name thier kid Boi
I wish my mom or dad was like this😂😂
Octo Play The Last of Us in front of them and maybe they'll change their way.
sunflowerseed ikr lmao
No. 6: Dad? What is a "Nekopara" ?? Dad: *ABORT ABORT...
Noire, TLOZ : TP, TLOZ : MC, TLOZ : BOTW, MGS 3, MGS 5, and so many more, so to any gamer parents, please take this as an example, a good one
Like if you agree
My dad did the No.1 thing, at late 2003 he bought me a gameboy then PS1 and like this until the ps4
Dude how old are you? I literally lived the same childhood.
Eddie Barragan 17
Dude im 19. and i lived the same childhood.
My grandad has been playing Diablo longer than I been alive xD He is 88 years old
lol since Diablo 1?
Jesus H. Christ, did your dad have you when he was sixty!?
SlamifiedBuddafied his grandfather, not his dad.
TheAlmighty WubWubs oh jeez I wasn't reading. >.
your grandfather is archagel ?
If it wasn't my sister I wouldn't have been here now!
greetings Mr. Baldino.
ayy
gameranx why thank you for responding my good sir. I hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
when a reply has more likes than the comment
"i really wish i coul'va been raised by that, but technically i was because i'm an old piece of garbage"
- Jake Baldino 2017
My son has been gaming since he was 4, he is 8 as of writing this. They've actually help out a lot with his reading and vocabulary. I think people underestimate how much reading is involved in video games.
gamreranx pls let me have your bank details and I'll transfer the money to Ubisoft. That sentence was typed by Samsung autocorrect xD
It legit said transfer money to Ubisoft xDDDD
Konrad Lindebjerg and I don't know why he is a dress and no matter how many of them have to explain the same as a new person I think I don't like it.
A mother should be capable of scheduling an interview,
Gta how much I hate my family and family love it is my family and my dad my life woman who was in a woman and my woman woman who is my life woman woman who toy story with to family and family love love it doesn't
Must've been a Fox News watching Republican.
Son: what fallout 76
Me: let me tell you a tragic story
By the way I'm 14 years old now.
no one except my brother will play a coop game with me anymore. he's the only one who stands a chance
My sister used to play Halo 3 with me, we really don't talk much anymore
Sheesh, I'm sorry for you guys.
1:52
Hey I see that hangover reference
@gameranx I am having my first kid this September, I am actually really looking forward to showing him video games.

My father is living on another city end my mom is god of hell 😭
Deniz Mustafa what?
my father is a gamer too
My godkids love watching their parents and I play games. Have been teaching the two eldest how to play some of the more basic stuff and it is having an amazing effect on them. They're learning how to problem solve, co-operate with each other, their reaction times are getting amazing and more.
ASIAN GAMER PARENTS:YOUR TEAM LOST IN OVERWATCH?YOU HAVE DISGRACED YOUR FAMILY.HADOOOOOKIN
2B?! WHY NOT 2A?!
Lava Proof it's more like ryuu ga waga teki wo kurau!
( no fear I'm Asian so I can be racist to myself)
The ultimate gamer dad arc:
DADDY O' WAR
one thing my dad does is turn on his game console and then ignore us hahaha he hates all of us and only stays cause he dosent want to be the bad guy hahaha
im a comment J HAHAHAHAHAHA
Thats kind sad :/

If you want to talk just let me know God bless.
Daniel Williams There is no God
Ive pushed my dad and now he plays and enjoys video games his favorites are rocket league and mario kart
Let the kid have more game time??? Hell no! I'd boot them off after 20 minutes so I could get some game time in!
Or get them a desktop with 3 35 inch ultra wide monitors with RGB everything and a gaming chair.
a recipe for a fatass son/daughter who never gets out of the house
