I want to thank you sir the education given so far so good I have learned a lot just asking you sir to continue we really appreciate and enjoy the way you explain it's really nice and clear thank you very much
Very educative videos electreca,I have learnt almost all controls from your videos,I would just like to learn more on how to do the pump panel on auto and hand.
Engineer,is there a connection to bypass the phase failure, expecially when you are not in the disposition have another at that moment, and you want it to continue work before you go and look for another
This guy has taught me automation at best, that i come here watch a video, go do the circuit amd get paid. My question is on this video. In the components the last component on your right, what exactly is that.
That's a borehole control panel, the device on the right is called floatless level switch. It's a protective device it switches off the pump incase water level goes below threshold.
What of missing phase after the contactor i.e on the load side of a contactor assuming there was a fault with the contactor or overload relay for that matter will the phase failure still be of help?
Good explanation. But I have a question? Does it mean that the phase failure relay is the one which is supposed to supply power to the coil of the contractor...
No... The phase failure should supply the circuit. let me explain in an example, you have a 3phase pump to run using a self-holding circuit. From control Breaker through phase failure(NO) through overload relay(NC(9798),) From here you can supply the circuit. Op it helps
Thanks u sir. Do u just need to keep on changing two phase of incoming power until you get right direction (when rectifying a change in phase at transformer)
Normally the control circuit will draw a small current, the control component like Relay, timer, phase failure they have contacts that take up to 10Amps, those components rating is standard. It's only contactors that need sizing because they take different power sizes.
Hi bro this video is great but I have problem in my blue phase coz the blue phase always burns out what's reason for that can I have answer please. Coz in our whole estate the blue phase burns so I'm finding a answer to solve this issue.
There may be 2 reasons 1)Overload Try to check the load(current at full load) If the Blue phase is current the highest current consider balancing. If balancing is not possible then consider changing the load cable to size that capable to support the demand. 2) Loose connection Be sure that connection that phase is tight and sound, any current carrying conductor carrying any amount of current if not tighter you have your cable burn. Check those two it will help.

I will do more video on that, Thanks for watching.
Congratulation brother...ur channel is very educative I did electrical but we didn't do much of this practicals....👍👍👍👍
Thank you........and well come. fill free to ask quetion here, i will always do my best to answer.
hi sir how you doing.your explanation is so nice.please can u make video on electrical connection of phase failure for pump
How to wire a overvoltage|undervoltage protection system?
An Excellent Video Presentation for learning with high flying colours.
Thanks for watching
Good day engineer. Nice job. Pls I want to ask, is there a way we can use a single phase on this device?
Thank you very much! Explanation are very clear and helpful 👌
Big up on yah self much love from Uganda.
Thanks a lot I have learnt much through your channel

Nice video, but could you please teach with diagrams as well. Thanks
You didn't put it out there the way I would have wanted but I'd learn something about the device from you
I appreciate your efforts
i am from Ethiopia please keep going bro

Can I connect phase failure and breakers only exclude the other?
Can I use one timer in a GEN and Raw power change over?
Can you please demonstrate DUR electronic timer, time range A and time range B
Thank You Very Much, Sir.
5 Stars = 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
👍
Circuit diagram please of how it can be connected thanks
Good job engineer

I want you to do a video on water treatment plant panel connection pls.
Hello can you pls explain how RM35TF30 voltage regulator work
Its quite interesting we watch u always
Thank you for watching

Thank you very much for the information relayed 🙏🙏🙏
Now i understand thanks for this video man
Thanks u sir. Do u just need to keep on changing two phase of incoming power until you get right direction (when rectifying a change in phase at transformer)
You only interchange 2 phase once.
Hey & should you interchange at the main breaker or at overload... please ?
How can I sizing the contactor for each hp motor from 10hp to 50
What causes contacter to vibrate and spark after motor rewinding
Blessings, so elaborate.
How to calculate voltage because some phase monitor start from 55 to 95 on under voltage
It is informative, however you can still provide better than this
❤️❤️
Can you please show us how you wired this in or just post up a little wiring diagram:)
Great video
Hi, is it a must that the 3 phases entering the phase failure must go through a MCB each?
Yes, to to protect the phase failure.
Should I please connect the phase failure before the contactor
Yes, The phase failure gets the current first before the contactor coil.
Hi you didn't explain on how to configure the timer over and under voltage plz
Please post a video of a full commissioning of a phase failure relay which triggers an ATS Controller and gives signal to the Generator ro start
That video is coming soon
Hello bro how to set the phase failer relay?
Thank you very good explanation
Your well come and thanks for watching
Thanks brother but it's should be better if u use appropriate phase colours for easy understanding and even the beginners to avoid making mistakes.
Noted..... and thanks for watching
Thank you
my question is, how do you select or calculate the rating of the phase monitor required for you circuit?
Normally the control circuit will draw a small current, the control component like Relay, timer, phase failure they have contacts that take up to 10Amps, those components rating is standard.
It's only contactors that need sizing because they take different power sizes.
I like your channels bro
Thanks for this video
How can it be connected because it was not shown
Nice video. Educative🤙
Much appreciated.
Can it work if I supply 3phase voltage monitor relay with single
Yes, it can work for both single and three phase.
If it latched to phase sequence failure how to reset it?
Great video, keep it up!
Thanks, will do!
you did not explain how the threshold is set in their percentage in case of low and high voltage.
good work bro
Good work
Thank you so much 😀
Please explain about how to connect ATS to generator controller.
I will put it on plan.
@@electreca1 Thanks bro, I really admire and love what you do 🙏👍
Please can you how to build control panels
Video will come soon...…. thanks for watching
Good video. I wanna learn more about control circuits. How can i contact you
